Got some work done in August - engine timing and new spark plugs, and a bit of help with the back (drum) breaks since I didn't install the last spring correctly. They're a bit expensive (this is a Firestone, after all), but I felt it was worth it. Everyone is very knowledgeable. Ian in particular was very helpful - super quick at diagnosing issues and making repairs, and explaining / showing me what the issues were, which I really appreciated.

Edited from original five-stare review. I've been coming here for over a year and have had a few issues. 1. I came in for an oil change early in 2024 and went home to find my car was leaking oil. I returned to the shop and told the manager that it was leaking. He took my keys and about 20 minutes later handed me my keys back. I asked what was wrong and he told me "Don't worry about it--everything is fixed." I think he didn't want to admit that his technician made a mistake in front of the other customers. I walked outside and talked with the mechanic that had worked on my vehicle and he told me that the technician that preformed the oil change failed to seal and tighten the bolt properly (and that it isn't the first time he did it and will soon be terminated). I didn't like that the manager just blew me off about my concerns. 2. For the past year the papers that they give after "inspections" are complete said my brakes passed the inspection. Didn't worry about it until they started scraping. I've been a Firestone customer for over a decade but I'm to the point that I don't feel safe having them work on my vehicle.

Went on a Saturday and waited over an hour just for them to tell me they were “actively looking for a tire” for my car. I even called ahead to make sure there was one in stock. Diamond was courteous and polite, but overall not a good experience. I went over to East Chase the next day. They had me in and out in less than an hour. They even changed my oil and had my car realigned. Desmond was fantastic.

I called ahead and spoke to Diamond, who was very professional & respectful. It was nice that they reset my oil change service reminder to 7,000 mi. The bad part was they reset my lane change sensor so it rumbles again whenever I switch lanes, & the distance sensor beeps whenever I see something too close in front of me, and now the car yells at me everytime it starts unless I bring it some coffee! Now I can't set everything back to giving me manual control as a non-braindead driver bc my car cusses me out & threatens me if I try! It's as stressful as witnessing certain techs loudly argue in the lobby when management tried to address why they made a customer wait 4 hrs without telling them they couldn't do the requested repairs & failing to update them on the status! I'm sure they are technically skilled, but they need to work on their customer service...

I called and a welcoming person greeted me on the phone who told me, his name was Mr. Joe. I explained to him my problem I was experiencing with my brakes and he was very knowledgeable about what I would need. I told him that I would need to speak to husband to discuss the price. When I called back he was in a meeting but he wrote down notes so his team could further assist me. My brake service was taken care of quickly. When I picked my car up, the black female with loc were so humorous and checked me out with ease. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPERB! 10/10

I brought my car into Firestone on yesterday(10/21/25) and was very much please on the customer service maintenance that the employee Ian did for car. He did my alternator and oil change and he actually stay until around 830pm last night to make sure my car was completely finished. He is a honest and dedicated worker that took care of me. I love Firestone. I especially am appreciative of the care and attention that Mr Joe Jones gives when I bring my automobiles. For that reason, I have followed him from the Maxwell location to the Prattville location and now the Atlanta Highway location. While at that location I have found the service of Mrs Diamond and Mr Alex to be exceptional as well. I would recommend taking your vehicle and leaving it in the capable hands of this fine team.

Excellent Service and Same-Day Help!My BMW X3’s battery died and couldn’t even be jumped, and neither the BMW service center nor my second-choice shop could help me the same day. Not only was BMW going to charge me about $200 more, but they couldn’t fit me in.Firestone Complete Auto Care stepped up immediately. They coordinated the tow for me, got my vehicle in right away, and replaced the battery the same day. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish—professional, helpful, and honest about pricing.I truly appreciate how quickly and smoothly they handled everything. I went in for a wheel alignment and 4 brand new tires and less than 30 minutes after service my front driver tire was completely flat and when I tried to make it back to Firestone to get help my car completely SHUT OFF while driving and I’ve never had this problem before I came the next day and told them what’s going on and ended up spending MORE money on parts I didn’t need and my car won’t run or start at all now this whole experience has been a nightmare I’m new to Montgomery and I’m his has been the worst experience possible. Ended up getting new battery they just threw it in the back didn’t hook it up at all correctly. Didn’t need a battery because my battery worked fine. Really awful customer service and employees. He knocked sensors loose and WONT FIX or repair the damage. My car won’t stay on it fights to not shut uff and now shuts off. NEVER had this problem before Firestone touched my car.
