Came here for a front end alignment, which consist of camber, toe, and caster adjustments. My usual place only charges 79.99 for adjusting all three adjustments.This company charged me 200.00 to adjust a couple of adjustments. . And the truck still pulls to the right . Beware of over charging with this company

Came in at 4:25 PM because i had a nail in a tire. They told me they can't help me because they close at 5 pm. Had to go a block away. They had to close in 30 minutes too but had no problem to help me out. The guy at Goodyear can pound sand.

These guys are amazing. We met Kevin when he was at Montgomery Tire Pro and we tried to find him once he left there and finally found him at Eastbrook Tire & Auto after talking to another ex employee. He treats you right and will not take advantage of you. He makes sure that you know what is needed to be worked on and how much it will run. All I can say is that I'm so thankful we found him. Wish I could give him and the crew there more than 5 stars.

When I called and spoke with Ken about my tire situation he seemed genuinely concern. Upon arriving and seeing him he was not as concerned. Wanted to charge me $163.00 for a single tire and when I question him he kept say I'm only making $15.00 off this tire.

I went to Eastbrook because they had a $10 off coupon on their website for wheel alignments and they are convenient to work. I went in with no appointment and they took my car in for a 4 wheel alignment. Within 45 minutes, the work was complete, and they told me that my rear wheels were not in need of alignment work, so they only charged me for the front and still honored the coupon. Quick and friendly service at a fair price!

UPDATE: Third visit 8-17-2021- Extremely impressed with this crew. Visited with a long list of vehicle issues and was in and out in just over an hour. This was my second positive experience with this location. The employees are extremely helpful and provide timely service. There is nothing fancy about the waiting area but you won't be there for too long.

Routine oil change. Price is average but they will let you know ahead of time a general idea of how long it will take or if they can get to it immediately. I had gone the afternoon before and they were booked up and said they could do it early the next morning. They got the oil changed in less than an hour and checked tires and everything because I was going out of town.
