I called before going because I wanted to price an oil change. I have the phone rep all info for my car and they told me the price it would be and a coupon.. However one at the location I was directed to the price almost doubled and I was charged $70 more than the price given and not advised until after services were complete robbing me

So ive had trouble with Take 5 before (not this particular 1) but these guys were great! My car had a drip coming from the oil plug (caused by a diff Take 5) these guys saw the issue and without me having for fight or even ask they fixed it. I cant begin to express how much i appreciate that

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the workers. After I told the man that I no longer needed service he ignored me and kept me blocked in with the cones in front and behind my car and refused to remove them. After asking several times he was ignoring me until another worker removed the cones

I had the oil change and air filter checked, I noticed the employee used a hand drill to take out the screws. However, I decided not to get it changed and the cover was put in the same way. Upon, replacing the filter my self, there were screws missing and/ or stripped. The employee never said anything, luckily I had the air filter cover on myself tight enough to sustain.

Went to get a 5min oil change like they advertise it. But instead waited 40min and they didn’t check my air filter or my cabin filter and instead they put on the paperwork the air filter and cabin filter was good

I Enjoyed the Experience but After telling people I Spent Over 200$ And Only Went for A Simple Oil Change They Said They Got you With that Fast Talking 🤣😂🤣 Oh Well You WinSome You lose some.My Friend Said You Could Have Gotten some coolant Way Cheaper than A 100.00$ and poured it in yourself. I'm outta 235.00.But God always See about Me🙏 Don't know how Much I paid For the Water 🤣I Honked my Horn Cause They were taught Well.
