Worst customer service ever. I walked in and asked for an estimate and they told me that since my accident occurred one day ago, I shouldn't need an estimate that the party at fault insurance company would inquire about the estimate. Not only that, they told me to go to Capitol Paint and Body for an estimate.

We had a car repaired here a few years ago and were very pleased with the repair work. This was paid for by insurance but we made sure they could get original parts. The service was good, the car looked good as new and was delivered by the day they said it would be.

My car had scrapes and scratches down the entire passenger side after a run-in with a bush. They buffed it out, cleaned it up, and waxed it. The car looks so good that I was joking that I should scratch up the other side too! It looks like new, and it's 15 years old. Price was very reasonable.

My wife had called for a quote and the lady on the phone was very rude and said it would cost $40 just to get an estimate. They might do good work and we were seriously considering having them do the work, but when something bad happens to your car, the last thing anyone needs is a rude person and an additional cost just to get pricing. I cannot recommend a company that has this first impression regardless of the online reviews. Consider looking aroumd more...

It is so great to work with a locally owned , family business. Brandon and his team were amazing. They communicated with me through every step and kept me updated on the progress. My vehicle looks fantastic. The exterior hand wash was a nice touch. I would not trust my families vehicles to anyone else other than MPB and Brandon Turner! 5 STAR service.
