I purchased tires. I had to return to the shop within the same week because they did not "fix" the valve stem properly. I did not receive any kind of apology. I will make sure I never go back to this place to buy tires. I tried them because I have a Sam's Club membership.

I get my tires at Sam’s.. usually no problem. Yesterday I took it at 4:15… said closes at 7:00. I say I need one new tire… the young man said… at least 10 times to another worker “I’m not staying late” “I’m leaving in a little while” “I don’t know how it’s gonna get done I’m leaving” 😳 Not ONE car even in there!! It says on my receipt when I picked it up TODAY that it was finished 5:35….I called up there yesterday at 6:45 to check on it… was told they were already gone for the day 🤬

We purchased tires here for one of our cars. The service was good and the tires were well priced, but they didn't last very long at all. I don't know why because they were name brand, but they barely made it to warranty. The service was efficient though, and finished on time.

Showed up at 6:45 on 08/21/24 due to my tires that I purchased in December 2023 had two nails in it. I was told by the service tech ( tire shop) he was the only person available to fix my tires and that he had two others in front of me. He states that he would not mind going beyond to help but could not do it as they close at 7:30, he needed to clean and shut down… 2 things wrong here, 1. Why are you working alone 2. It’s sad that he did not have help and I was pissed because I could NOT get my tire fixed. SAMS CLUB NeedS TO do better…
