Do not take your car here!! I took my truck to get an oil change and these idiots didn't even put oil in it. Almost ruined my engine, but I do plan to sue.

Horrible service wouldn’t put a tire on a different rim. Claims tire is no good how do they know that? Trying to bait you into purchasing a new one. Shop somewhere else

They put the wrong oil in my car!!! If they have been changing my oil for the life of the car, but decided to change the brand of oil, because someone else brought it in to have the oil changed, I dont think thats right. The oil I use is on file, so stick with what the original sticker says!!!!

DO NOT GO AND GET YOUR TIRES CHANGE HERE. They broke all but 3 of my luggs off my car AFTER I arrived there I had all 10 of them on there. I needed 2 front tires did n was told that I need to replace studs and was missing luggs on my tires after they broke my luggs and studs. Then I had to drive to another tire place to find out that they broke 7 luggs and 2 studs. Then the manager going to tell me what I needed to do and then disappeared. It's a damn shame that Walmart break your stuff n u have to pay to get it replaced. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER LET WALMART DO ANYTHING TO MY CAR. THEY HIRE INEXPERIENCED YOUNG FOLKS WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE AIR POWER TOOLS PROPERLY WITH LITTLE TRAINING. RUNNNNN AS FAST AS YOU CAN IF U DON'T WANT YOUR CAR TORE UP. I COULD NOT GIVE THEM NO STARS SO 1 STILL IS TOO MUCH TO GIVE THAT WALMART. RUN I TELL U!!!!

I have been calling for 33 minutes and 42 seconds no answer yet…. This makes no sense I had my husband to purchase a battery several months back I am trying to find out if it has a warranty if not no problem I’ll just purchase another one but at least answer the phone ….. if I have to drive way out of my to go the store to see if it is covered and it is not I will purchase somewhere else because they don’t care enough about customer service to even answer the phone…. When and if you do get someone on the phone they are unprofessional speak as if they have no education and can never offer assistance or even resolve a simple issue….. I don’t think I will be shopping for automotive needs from them anymore and may not even shop for other items because they are just ridiculous and hung up while I have been doing this review

I went for tire service and the mechanic on shift was rude. He didn’t answer my questions as a customer. He was mad because I asked him how was the process of getting service? He said: you don’t see they are 4 cars on front of you. I’ll never go back to Walmart for car service.

The gentleman who writes up the ticket is one of the most unprofessional people I have came across. Rude and threw down his hand held and told another employee to handle. It all stem from me and him talking about oil and I followed him to check and see what oil He had. I cross into shop and he went crazy. The two gentlemen he passed me off to was wonderful. This happen at 815am on 2-4-20.

I was pleasantly impressed with the service I received at Walmart on the Southern Blvd a couple of weeks ago. The young lady was very good she got my info as to what I wanted and answered my questions which she could answer for me and verified 1st that the tires I wanted was there and referred me to the Mechanic and he was very helpful and I was in and out and got groceries paid for and walked to the Service Dept with my groceries in the buggy and paid my bill and rolled out to my car loaded my groceries in the car and another young lady said she wld return my buggy to the store so I was very happy and excited to get my new tires and groceries and they put 2 of my tires in my trunk as I requested since they still had more rubber than the 2 front tires and they may come in handy one day!BLESSINGS to the WALMART FAMILY!👍🏼👍🏼😇

I just went to Walmart (9:40 am) to get 4 tires mounted on my trailer. It was NO cars in the bay at all. I was one car in front of me that was getting one wiper replaced. The next car 4 tires mounted and then me. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE THREE HOURS BEFORE THEY COULD GET TO ME! I left and drove two mins and saw the King Tire sign. I called them and they pulled me right in. The tires came off in less than two minutes after I parked and installed in less than 30 minutes! The service is great and quick 5 stars!!!

Almost 400 dollars for 4 new tires and the next morning one is completely flat and one is half way. The completely flat tire clearly has a hole at the valve stem and not sure why the other one is losing air. Tried calling ALL day yesterday and every 25 times I called they would say hold on and hang up in my face. I drove from tallassee so looks like I'll be figuring out a way to take the tires back there. Not to mention the tires were bought for a planned fa.iky trip which I missed. Thanks walmart for bad tire job and poor customer service. Also reassured me an hour at the most an hour and a half. Me my 8 year old amd 2 year old was In Walmart OVER 4 hours.

After speaking with a sales representative about having my wheels balance, she told me my ram promaster 2500 will be fine. However once I arrive to the location it was a different story, they couldn't operate on my van. Wasted 30 mins traveling to this location.

This team did a fantastic job with how busy and short staffed they were. We travelled in from out of state and wanted to make sure our tires were good enough for the drive home. We had to purchase two new tires. They gave me the best price for the tires they had in stock. Mostly I’d like to commend Chico the tire tech. He came into store to speak with me to ensure we placed the correct tires in the correct positions. It really shows he cares about the safety of the customers and is passionate about what he does. Very thorough! Thank you for helping my family get home safely.
