THIS IS THE WORSE TIRE SHOP IN MONTGOMERY. HE DOES NOT HONOR HIS WORK. NO ONE WAS ABLE TO GET MY LUGG OFF. BECAUSE HE USE A BULL DRILL ON IT. NOW I HAVE TO GET IT PLASMA CUT OFF. HE WANTED TO RECHARGE ME AN ADDITION 30 DOLLARS

Wanted to support a nearby business and they actually offered a pretty good deal on the requested service. We went in for a tire rotation and balance. It was done well and for a smidge cheaper than several of the other places we called nearby. After dropping off the car, they called us to inform us that the brake rotors and brake pads were 90 percent worn, and close to failure. They suggested a 500 dollar replacement on top of our 60 dollar balance and rotation. We opted out, since we knew a person who could do the job for us that we trusted, but wasn't local. Upon reaching this person, they told us that we blatantly lied to and the pads and rotars were perfectly fine. This really diminished our trust in this group as it felt like they tried to scare us to get a sale. This really rubbed us the wrong way, so we probably won't be returning.
