I was absolutely convinced my transmission was ruined. Mr. Paulk ordered the replacement and I brought my vehicle in when it was scheduled to arrive. Turns out, my problem wasn’t a transmission at all. Mr. Paulk repaired the problem. How easy would it have been for him to install the new transmission? Very easy and I’d have never known. He saved me thousands of dollars by being honest. Thank you Mr. Paulk.

Horrible customer service. Very rude. I called to inquire about my vehicle and not only did he have a bad attitude, he hung up in my face as well. Have spoken with the owner twice and each time he has had tbe same attitude. I speak to people with respect and expect the same in return so to own a business and act this way especially is extremely unprofessional.
