Came in about an issue I was having with my vehicle, owner was very disrespectful and rude and basically brushed me off like come back tomorrow or something, this is my experience but it wasn’t pleasant and the owner isn’t to pleasant either, all I needed him to do was look at the car I could’ve rescheduled an appointment but he said he wasn’t gone be looking at cars right now with a sign that clearly says OPEN

Took a valve cover to them to put on my 328i and windows, lights started to go out while I'm driving and every hazor light comes on. A problem I didn't have before, they didn't want to check they're work they did or anything ,said it's not there problem. I'm sure they hate they couldn't over charge me for the part bcuz I ordered mine myself and paid $400 for the labor. And the American employees act like they don't speak english at all,SCAMMERS!!! Yea,they good as long as you don't really know about the car you have. I'm going straight to BMW for all mechanical work, not foreigners who can speak English but don't speak it to each other so you don't know what they're discussing.

Just got off the phone with one of the employees, maybe owner, very rude, I did not even get to say what was wrong with my truck before he said “we ain’t gone deal with that” deal with what? Are you a mind reader and knew what I was going to say? Very ghetto 0/5 stars.

Very disappointed spent over 3 grand on my car yet was told I still had some other ghost issues that kept coming up which was what the car was originally supposed to be fixed for. I would not suggest using these mechanics

First time there and mechanic drop coil pack screw over in the engine and couldn't locate it and screwed 5 of them back on coils and was going to leave it, until I told him that he missing a screw. He went around building and pulled one off an old engine. This was my first visit and last visit. Honest mechanics are very rare these days.

Please do not go here! and as a woman if you decide to please take a man, mechanic, or someone who knows about cars with you. They will try to get over and take your money and will not fix the problem. I’m highly disappointed Because my vehicle started doing the exact same thing a day later after leaving this place and also caused other problems 🤦🏾♀️ on top of that when I went back to speak with someone about the issue, the mechanic man ran up ready to be disrespectful & rude as he knew they messed up about it smh never again.

i’ve had numerous foreign cars all Mercedes and i only come to M&G the best european car service came in for a check engine light which was a fuel pressure sensor, and my hvac system which everytime i turn the ac on it sound like a lawn mower which was the “ motor blower “ of course pick up day which was today everything is fixed and works perfectly! of course they used OEM PARTS straight from the dealership to fix the issues and i’m always satisfied with my experience ever since i have been coming here for auto repair ! VERY HONEST MECHANICS WHO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
