My daughter goes to college out of town, in Montgomery, and she had a damaged tire that needed to be replaced. After they forgot to put in an order for the tire and call her back, they told her the exact match was not in stock and replaced it with a more expensive run flat version. It is completely unsafe to mix run flat tires with regular tires and when I called the store, they were argumentative. Waiting to talk to the manager.

Long wait times. I arrived at 7AM along with other customers and the guy who delivers tires to only wait till 9:30 AM for anyone to show up. Then took until 12:30 PM to finally finish my service for replacing 4 tires with a booking 3 days in advance.

They lied to me about the service needed for my vehicle. They were dishonest about my vehicle and what it needed. They up charged me for the service and then added more services for my vehicle that actually didn’t need it. They were not there to fix the problem, they just wanted to make money and didn’t care to actually help my vehicle or me at all. Horrible employees and horrible customer service
