BEWARE, repair shop is trying to scam money. We came with air leak and asked for estimate, they repaired truck without approval or estimate, they charged for the part 3x more than actual cost. When we refused the charge they took off part and charged us to install and take it off. Eventually we went to different shop, part was not needed to be changed at all, only one fitting- 10 min job. Stay away from this location if you can.

Arrived at 9:20 to have a trailer tire repaired. Gave all info needed my company replied to replace tire at 9:35. Watched 1 out of 4 technicians doing work on a truck. The others standing around talking and joking this went on for approximately 3 hours while I sit waiting on tire replacement. Finally at 1:00 technician takes a picture of tire. This is the worse service of any shop I’ve ever been to.1:15 still no work done

The shower was great, but almost every parking spot is PAY ONLY!!! $44 for two nights and the parking lot is pitiful and the store is in a desperate need of an upgrade. The restaurant was shut down during the liberal pandemic and hasn’t opened back up which is a shame. I was hoping once BP bought TA/Petro they would at least update everything, but very disappointed. A truck driver should NEVER have to pay for parking with the hell we have to put up with EVERY, SINGLE, DAY!!!! That’s just me though. So COME ON BP ( British Petroleum) and step up to the plate and help us truckers out. WE DESERVE IT!!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

People stay away from this store unless you want to be robbed. One small zephyrhill bottle of water 33 FL Oz ( 1/4 of a gallon $2.79 and small m&m $2.29. I know there is inflation, but this TA is located at your corner Montgomery area, not in freaking Manhattan, come on!!
