From the manager to parts to sales, I just can't say enough great things about this store. Had to bring our truck in because of problems starting & found out both batteries needed to be replaced. They could have charged me for things I didn't need but they didn't. They advised me what I needed after checking both batteries & the manager even installed them for me. Even found out both were dead or about to die when a different place told my husband something different. We won't go anywhere else from now on!

Tried returning a brand new unopened part I ordered from a different advance through the app. Laura gonna tell me I have to bring it back to the same store, not knowing I once worked for advance and I know for a fact that isn't there policy. I didn't even argue with her I promptly left, I'll be calling Kevin Atkins to complain about my experience, she didn't even try to look up my online order.

I had gotten the wrong part ordered in the app, so I had to visit the three times, because the second time I gave them the wrong information for my car. Totally my fault, they gave me the right part each time! They were very easy to work with, made the exchange hassle-free, and had all three parts in stock so I didn't have to try to find the correct part at a different store. They also made sure that my online order coupon carried over, which really helped me out with the final price of the part I needed, because it was over $100 more than the original part I thought I needed. They like to goof around and carry on with each other behind the counter, but you've got to make the workplace fun! As long as you're not unprofessional, I say go for it!
