Increase price by 55% , I brought my stainless steel steam valves , they didn't use it , install cheap rubber they own , plus charge $3 for shop supplies , after I asked what is the shop supplies, explanation was , THAT'S THE MACHINES WE HAVE TO USE , really?! I don't care how you do it , you can do it by hands , my customers don't care what tools I am using to install tiles as long as the job done tight

Don't go here....We have all taken our business elsewhere lately!! Got my oil changed and they didn't turn the maintenance light off after and reset it!! They also talk behind their clients back and stir up lies about their clients if you negotiate a price!! Very unprofessional & untruthful staff now! New owners aren't so great and just not as great quality service as when Phillip Massey ran it!!

I took my car in for shaking because we thought one of the weights had came off of a tire. They told me all four tires needed to be replaced, even though they are brand new, 10k miles on them. The owner himself told me that they were all separating and we needed to front the money for all four tires and then he would work it out with the warranty after the examine the old ones. After my husband coming to the store to speak with them, we left and took the car to two other shops and both told us we only need to replace one tire. They are a bunch of crooks.

I don't care what anybody says autosave is awesome I love Miss Gene, Tom, and most of all John.They know my car inside and out.If I have an issue and I call them they do the best they can to fix the situation.I don't have no bad remarks to say about them I recommend them deeply if you need your car fixed or checked out. I will not let anybody look at my car but John I trust John with my car in his hand so if you need your car fixed or anyting I recommend autosave. I promise you this you won't be disappointed. My Grand Marquis runs like its brand new I swear. Thanks guys

the owner Tim birgenheier has run this company into the ground ever since he bought it from the Massey's. The Massey family is a great family that started this business with great respect and treated their customers well. I would not recommend spending $1 here. Because there are plenty of other people at other places that you can spend your money and be treated with respect. This guy stopped me in Lowes badgering me over $75 from something I don't owe him but he still feels 8 months later that I do. he proceeded to cussed me out plus would not let me leave and flicks me birds in my face.

My goodness! I can’t say enough about my experience with Auto Save. I took my car in 2 days ago and was feeling a bit uneasy about the outcome. My car has been in the shop a total of 4 times in the past 6 months and I never got the issue resolved. UNTIL NOW. This team was absolutely amazing from the time I arrived to pick up. They explained every single thing to me and what the problem was and how it would be fixed. And the price! Wow! I expected to pay way more. I’ve used Auto Save several times in the last few years. As a single woman it’s hard to trust just any mechanic. They know we don’t know anything about cars and take advantage of it. I am telling you these people are honest and you can’t get better pricing. The mechanic is so good he can diagnose the problem from the crazy noises I have to make to describe what the car is doing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone I know and I do so with every bit of confidence that they will be happy with the outcome. I had to use Auto Save this morning and I literally had to wait 9 minutes for the Mechanic to fix my little problem. $50 later and happy as can be that it only cost that, I was on my way. Anywhere else would have been 3 times as much!

One of the very few auto mechanics I trust. John is knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. If something is out of Johns comfort level, he will be honest about it. Tim, the owner is transparent and very accommodating. Just how life should be...if you treat them with respect they will treat you with respect and do all that they can to help you and your vehicle. This is the only place I trust to send my daughter and her vehicle when I cannot do the work.
