No longer recommend!Excellent experience. Highly recommend.Update 6/4/2024. We bought our Yamaha 220 FSH boat in August 2023. The purchase process was easy and enjoyable experience. Parker was our salesman. He really made the process enjoyable. He wasn't high pressure and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We bought a mooring cover at the time of the boat purchase. When we got home the cover didn't fit our boat even though it was the correct part number for our boat. The parts department (sorry I can't remember their names) worked with Yamaha and let them know about the issue. It took a little time but Yamaha finally sent the correct cover for our boat. They swapped the cover without issue. Just an example of great service after the sale. Thanks again Panama City Cycles and Marine!!! Edit. We'll I hate to change this but the follow up visits with the service department were not a very good experience. The boat I bought came with the throttles out of alignment. So the 1st trip they said oh that's not covered by a warranty. There was a 1000 rpm difference when the throttles were lined up. I was was told it would cost $75 to align the throttles. The said they did but the next trip out the throttles were still out of alignment. So the next trip in for an $800 oil change I had to express my displeasureand they attempted to adjust the throttles again. Don't know if they got it right because I haven't been able to get it on the water yet. There is a dealer that is much closer to me but I take the boat 3 hours to this shop thinking a loyal customer may matter. Nope it didn't. When I explained there is a shop much closer to get my boat serviced the guy at the counter shrugged his shoulders like stating I don't care. Was looking to get a new boat from them they presented my an offer for a left over year old boat for full msrp. This boat was listed online at several other dealers for $15,000 less. After the last 3 trips I guess it's time to head to a different dealer. Won't go back. If you choose to deal with them I hope you have better follow up experiences than I did.

Bought the 2024 zx6r from Rick. I had only been riding for a week or so and just passed my msf course. Had a hard time coming to a deal until I left and got a call. You know how it goes at dealers. Needless to say, i love the bike and it gets a ton of attention. No complaints whatsoever. Also, I'd like to add, this place does have the best selection in a 120mile radius. Highly recommend anyone who's in the market for a new motorcycle to go check em out.

No follow thru, no follow up. Pensacola Powersports was more than happy to sell us 40k in new toys. Can't say whether it was a better deal or not as Panama City couldn't find time to even give us numbers. Must have enough business already to be able to blow off customers like this. Three days after we had our new skis in the water they texted us "hey we got you approved! (We knew that, common knowledge) "We tried to reach you" (no you didn't as my line of work requires 24/7 reachability and I would have known). Shared experience with co-worker and he said his experience was walking into the showroom to shop for a side by side and largely feeling like it was a self service kind of operation. Thank you Pensacola Powersports! You were awesome!!

Had a lot of product in stock. Place was clean. Staff did not seem to be interested in talking to us. Had two people great us when we walked by there desks but no one checked on us. They carry CAN AM, Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, boats and golf carts. A few gear sets and vehicle accessories.

Brought our boat in a week ago (end of May when everyone is booked up for a month minimum because everyone is getting on the water and finding their boat issues for the season). They filed our warranty claim with Yamaha next day, part ordered and installed a few days later. Will absolutely recommend and use their service dept again. John Shirley and Michael dunning were great. We run a marine towing company in the Big Bend of FL we purchased a set of Honda BF 350s. Michael’s communication was great from the time we purchased the Engines until the vessel was ready to be picked up. John is hands-down, the best marine technician I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfect, he went through everything and explained everything with Detail. We traveled two hours to Panama City cycles to get these engines installed. And it was worth every minute of the trip. We have six boats with mainly Hondas and a couple of Yamaha‘s. The staff in the parts department are great. The service department are NOT!! I stopped in to ask some questions about a problem I was having with my machine, and met the most unpleasant person, calling himself the service manager. He quickly became defensive and raised his voice, basically refused to answer my questions, as if I were trying to take his job. Well sir with a attitude like yours, someone needs to, do just that!

On my way back to Texas after a short ride to key west, my tires were gone, the crew did an amazing job finding a set of tires for my BMW getting them slapped on real quick and out the door.
