This place is a rip off! I took my truck to get repaired and instead of fixing that problem he fixes something that was not what i took it for. Than he charges me over $700 for supposedly fixing it. I had to call him 2 days later and than he starts lieing about what I told him was wrong with it. He changed a fuel pump and a sensor. Labor was over $400. I attempt to take my truck back to him he says something else is wrong with it. He calls us back using all kinds of language to pick up our truck. I would never take a vehicle to this man again and I suggest you’ll don’t either! He doesn’t deserve one star!

I would like to respond to Elena comment about Simply Automotive, for the past 11 years I have been taking my vehicle to Gary Gruber, Never have I had a problem with him or his work. He is a very honest man, and has a outstanding reputation in this community, I have referred may people to this business, and all have told me that they were very pleased, and would be going back to him.Take yourself and your vehicle to a rip off shop and see what Kind of service you will get, But one thing for sure Simply Automotive will not RIP YOU OFF !!

Gary is the most dependable mechanic in Bay County. This is an update to a previous post, because today I had some AC work and a fuel neck replaced. Fuel neck alone was half what Ford wanted. Don’t pay the blood money these other places want, Gary is fair, honest, and does it right. He over delivers for me every time.

I've had several repairs done to two different vehicles and each time the outcome has been good and their prices nowadays are reasonable compared to the other people. I am handicapped and they stepped out of their box to help me get where I needed to go around there to get in and out of my vehicle and in and out of their office. As I needed another driver my mother was there as well being handicapped They reached out and helped her too. I recommend their work to anyone that wants their vehicle fixed correctly and the first time.

Great experience from start to finish. Very honest shop that you can trust. I was told by another mechanic shop I had $5,000 in repairs and they gave me a second opinion and fixed it all for $1800.
