I went here to have my truck looked at and the guy told me that I had a problem with my awd system and was trying to charge me over $2500 to fix it being that I didn’t have a traction light on or an awd malfunction light on I decided to go get a second opinion thank god I did because I only needed new tires and an alignment.

I love this place! They are very honest and the prices are reasonable. They take you right out to you car and show you everything. The waiting room is very nice and clean and comfortable.

The first time I went to Kevin Ninh was for a oil change! I was sitting in the lobby playing my game! Before I could finish, they were! Today I went to get my muffler fixed! I crossed the street and came back and they were done 10 minutes later! Blown away by the service and fast work and unbelievable price! I have a new car repair shop! 👍😁

Wow. Broke down and they did a full diagnostic and even stored my unique van in their garage for a long weekend until I could get back to it. When they couldn't fix it themselves due to a specialty-need, they charged me ZERO dollars. For everything. Good Samaritan stuff.

After breaking down on Chase Avenue this past week I received a very good referral regarding ASI and had my Volvo towed by AAA to ASI instead of the dealership. I now consider myself fortunate to have met the people on my way to this establishment because Kevin at ASI proved to be an honest, capable mechanic who diagnosed and repaired my vehicle for a fracture of the cost that would have been charged by the dealership. Great, quick service for a great price. Went to Pep Boys and tried overcharging me and telling me I needed this expensive pump that didn’t even need to be replaced. Auto Service International was honest and only did the work that actually needed to be done and charged half of what PepBoys wanted to charge for the same service. I drove there before a snow storm next week and had me out the door within 90 minutes right before the storm hit. Def recommend if you are looking for an honest mechanic.

Excellent customer service and knowledge. Affordable, quality work for my catalytic converter job, in and out under 2 hours. Will highly recommend. (03-09-2020) My second visit to Auto Service International to have two o2 sensors as well as a wheel bearing replacement done, again, quick service as well as reasonable pricing.

I don’t normally write reviews. But when I get exceptional service from a place that I walk in with doubts I need to give credit where credit is due.I brought my Bmw 530 to get the Front struts replaced as well as the stabilizer bar also repaired. I must say, I am so very please with the MANY services that have been performed, for me! Let me start off my saying, cars do not & will not sit. The team of people working, are hands on immediately, and they work extremely fast to get you back on the road. Twice within the last 3 months I faced 2 big issues with my car, and I have had my car sit in parking lots, just waiting it’s turn to be looked at. I’m a single Mom and not only do they work in a timely manner, but they also but they work with your budget! If you have had bad luck in the past or don’t have the money to run out and get a new car, please check this place out! Amazing maintenance and fair pricing! You cannot go wrong! I’ve sent many friends here and we all have great things to say! With this pandemic, going on I must say I wish we had more great companies and people around like this!
