⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Compassion and Professionalism Joel from Durable Radiator & Auto Body, Inc. in Waterbury, CT deserves recognition for his incredible service. Last night around 7:30 PM at the Valero on Straits Turnpike in Middlebury, I witnessed Joel show true compassion while assisting an elderly couple whose car had broken down. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and kindness stood out. He introduced himself with a handshake, calmly explained what he was going to do, and reassured the couple every step of the way. When it came time for them to get into the tow truck, he patiently showed them how to climb up into the high cab and made sure they got in safely. I was so moved by his respect and care that I went over to thank him personally—not just for helping them, but for reminding all of us what kindness looks like. In a world that often feels rushed and dismissive, Joel slowed down, treated the couple as if they were his own parents, and gave them dignity in a stressful moment. As someone with aging parents myself, it gave me peace of mind to know there are people like Joel out there. If my own parents ever broke down on the side of the road, I would hope someone like him would be the one to answer the call. We need more people like Joel—respectful, compassionate, and dedicated. Durable Radiator & Auto Body, Inc. should be proud to have him on their team.

I was in a car accident on Christmas eve and the insurance from the person that hit me had me bring my car here and let me just day they have been so great with us!! They were quick and had the car done before the estimated time, they kept us well informed during the whole process and were so kind and pleasant to work with.
