I love the place and the guys know what they're doing. They have always been good to me but when it comes to the tool rental, this is why I went from a five-star to a one-star. They rent a slide hammer set that only comes with a slide hammer. They hit you for $45 on a rental fee just for that. Now the slide hammer is useless without its accessories. You can rent the other piece or pieces, at $30 a piece. Yes, you have to rent two or three other pieces that come as accessories with the slide hammer set. I know you get the money back when you returned the tools but walking out with a tool rental a hundred dollars or more is quite a lot these days. I'm really disappointed. I couldn't finish the job I set out to do on my car.

01/13/26 at 11am I went to that store to buy some parts and I met a girl i don't know her name but the managers will know who I'm talking about. she doesn't know how to deal with customers, she's very rude, this girl has everything to get a ruined company. I never will be back at this place anymore also tell everyone to don't go due this girl.
