I had to pick up a part in Waterbury and did a search for mechanics nearby and found Chris. I called early morning for an appointment and Chris was really busy but he said if I didn’t mind waiting he would fit me in. Unfortunately when I got there he wasn’t able to install the part because it didn’t fit my car but I’m writing this review due to his customer service. even though I called last minute he was honest and accommodating. I also appreciated that he told me what he would be doing before he started the work, gave me a fair price and when he quoted the price he showed me his computer screen so I could see how the rate was calculated. As a female, I dislike dealing with most mechanics bc they can be shady and often assume women don’t know about cars. I didn’t get that impression with Chris, I wish I lived in the area, he would be my main mechanic★★★★★ 2 years ago
