DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM HERE !!!BEWARE!!! Me and my husband purchased a 2023 Escalade from this dealership, you’d expect great service, and a great car all around. We should’ve left when we tried to test drive 3 other vehicles, and each one was dead or had catastrophic issues (like test driving and not being able to brake. Literally the brake was not working.) We paid 68K out the door and this is our horrible experience. The second we get into the car there was already an issue with the steering adjustment and you’ll soon find out that their famous answer is come back another day. It’s also important to mention that whoever cleans these vehicles does a horrible job. Seats are half dressed with product and it might not matter with a 20k vehicle but when you’re buying luxury, you should expect luxury, not broken and dirty. We drove it home and noticed there was ANOTHER problem with the SD card reader. We did come back another day and that was fixed. The screen has been glitching for a few weeks now and we have been back 2 times for the same issue. We have shown multiple videos of the issues and they agree that it’s a problem. While the first time they explained that if the issue persists (after they did a software update) they will look at other potential causes. They say you will be a priority in these situations yet their customer service lady was extremely rude and impatient, with no understanding or sympathy to the fact that we were duped by blasius. We brought it in again last week and they just said “it has no more updates and we don’t see any hardware that needs to be replaced”. This meant that nothing will be done and we are stuck with a 68k vehicle that the screens keep breaking on. The vehicle was purchased with a certified preowned warranty from GM which is supposed to cover bumper to bumper for one year. While we understand that some issues happen, we are not willing to accept this response because we still have major issues with the screens. The augmented reality will turn purple in random moments. The screens will freeze. Apple car play and android auto just disconnects and connects 10 times in 1 minute. To add to all of that, they do a great job hiding peeling paint and within 2 months you will notice. I can’t say this enough, there is a reason why a price is cheaper and that’s because you’re about to get scammed by Blasius. DO NOT BUT USED CARS HERE!!!
