Advanced is much better than Autozone. It seems that they have a different hiring process because they don't ask if your vehicle is a 2 or 4 wheel drive when your buying power steering fluid.

Very poor experience. 3 staff very to busy with personal conversations to assist me. The lady who did assist me did not have knowledge of what she was doing and a passer by ended up helping me .

Website says they offer check engine light testing. The person at counter says some stores do. But they don’t. Fair enough, but the website should state that not all locations offer and advise to call

Horrible customer service if I could give this place a negative rating I would I stood at the counter for 7 minutes and nobody acknowledged me. There was plenty of workers around and NONE of them offered to help me . honestly don't go there save your money and go to AutoZone by Thomaston ave. Because they're way nicer and helpful than the people here . I will not spend my money here.

I have been calling all day long for a few simple parts and have been put on hold all 5 times i called. After being on call for over 5 minutes or more each time the phone started ringing and rang over 20 times so I have had to hang up and call back and finally on my 6th call someone picked up.

Andre and Robert are the night guys there I'll always remember that I pushed my car into the parking lot up a hill because it wouldn't start. I pushed my car into pepboys and got great service. Andre and Robert will be people I always remember as the worst clerks I met in my life. No tip for those jerks.

I wanna give my man Andre a shout out for ignoring me when I’m just picking up an item. I asked him where to pick up online orders and he looked directly at me and walked away. Then a few minutes later I see him walking to his red car and leaves. Wow, no acknowledgment or anything. Bad experience here

I went to see if they had an alternator for my car and the staff was very helpful and courteous informing me that their other store had it in stock and that I could purchase it there and go ahead and pick it up by presenting the receipt when we got to the other store in West Main Street, the staff there was also very nice and courteous I left very pleased with my visit and purchase

I need to tell you what happened to me . I replaced my battery on my truck. The clerk offered to install it for me. I agreed. However she wasn't supposed to and ended up installing it wrong. So my truck frequently died, and I'd need to have it jumped every day sometimes multiple times a day. I finally returned to the store and was met by Dave. Who was so helpful, it's amazing they still have personnel from the generation that took pride in their work ethic. He came out to my truck tried all that he could. Then had Robert come out and help. Without success. Finally Dave swapped out the battery and Robert explained that the first battery was installed wrong. So he replaced this one and made sure everything was tightened and functioning properly. I haven't had any issue since. This store is my go to from now on. They take customer service seriously!

I came in today because I had a lot of coercion on my battery. I also needed a new bolt for my negative terminal. Javier is who assisted me. All I have to say is this guy was amazing! He was polite and professional. He directed me to the right bolt to get, and even came out to my car to help me clean my battery and install the new bolt. He was so helpful and even educated me as well. I will only be buying my car parts from Advanced Auto now due to how great Javier was. Thank you so much!

Unprofessional manager guy (with grey hair - Goatee beard). He acts like he owns the place. He lied to me about a 40$ rebate he told to come back next week and then upcoming week… nothing happened. He also refused to return an oil jug that was leaking ( never opened) The rest of the employees are friendly. This the only reason i still go there sometimes. Even i took my business to different auto parts companies.
