Customer service was amazing. Walked in and was immediately asked what he could help me with, keep in mind I just spent a couple days calling and visiting at least half dozen part stores and multiple salvage yards coming up empty handed. Eric looked at the parts and said no problem, grab a stool, give me a few minutes. Ten minutes later he had exactly what I needed and I was on my way. I had Perreault install a lift for my fifth wheel camper. I provided Justin with links to the kit I was looking at, he determined it wasn't going to make towing the camper dangerous, and agreed to do the work. Since my camper was too big to fit in the garage the work was done on the sidewalk. Eric and Allan, who performe the install, were excellent. Both professional and engaging. They were ready when I pulled up and went right to work. My experience with Perreault was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of suspension work done.
