He does a good job when he does show up..he ghosted me after telling me he was coming at a certain time to complete a job he did not finish, after rescheduling on me for over a month..hoped he would be a lil better with the communication and sticking to his word ..

Tried multiple times to get repairs done and 1st appointment yesterday he texted me and apologized saying he had a baby shower and rescheduled for today and now he’s not answering calls or responding to any text. Then he finally texts back and say he’s working on another car during the appointment time we set and I have to wait. I would not recommend dude doesn’t have any communication with his customers and don’t take other people time into consideration.

he’s a thief and doesn’t give back refunds for mistakes he made. the man replaced a part without diagnosing the vehicle, charged 175 for a serpatine belt. and failed to inspect the car to see if it had other issues. remind you to replace a simple belt that he changed in 3 mins only costs 40 dollars. he charged 175 ripping poor people off. and then tried to hustle more money outta of me, by asking for 1300 to replace the ac compressor thats located in the front where the belt is.

Made an appointment with angel the owner. 11-1 window.Took a day off from work ,was told by angel he was running late and then I never heard back. I tried calling back to reschedule and I’ve been ghosted since. Not my idea of reliable. If this situation has any reflection on the quality of work, then I guess I got lucky he never called back.

Angel is an okay person, not that experienced as a mechanic. he diagnosed a problem on my 08 accord which he was right about. sent him to check out my friend's GTI and when he got there he told them he didn't work on volkswagen cars. but he knew what car it was before he went. then on another occasion we agreed on a time for a brake change on an audi s4. he said he can so it and a day before the appointment he said he can not because it needs a vagcom tool. i have an obd 11 which can be used but i decided to not keep working with him because he could have just told me that from the start. use him if you need an oil change or simple fixes. if he doesnt cancel

This mechanic Angel did work on my car back in the winter. (A big job like it was nothing got me right back on the road) Ok not only did he come out in cold winter he was mobile and on time.Very Professional and kind.(gave a receipt) He answered questions so I can understand what was being done. Overall he fixed my suv no problems since. Now I’m getting more work done. Minor work. Tune up ect. I will definitely give his business my vehicles to work on anytime. Another thing he is Blessed and doesn’t beat the customers out of money while doing the job correctly. I would definitely suggest going to Angel’s Automotive in Waterbury,ct. My Mechanic I Trust. Had to replace the alternator in my newer model Toyota corolla sport. First let me say that I never expected to have to replace my alternator so soon after buying my car, so I was in panic mode. I was worried how I was going to get my car somewhere to be fixed and when I tell u Angel literally saved the day, he really did. He came to my apt, ordered the part and repaired my car and now I’m driving it again. The kid knows what he is doing and he does it fast, efficient and less expensive that I would have had to pay at one of those chain owned garages. I will be calling him soon to have him fix ny boyfriends truck next.

Just amazing service! I will definitely be giving a call to Angel anytime I need something done with my car. I got a new alternator and belt put in today, he was fast and punctual. I couldn’t ask for better service. Reasonably priced (after price comparing with local garages). He was the most reasonable.
