Most of the repairs have been completed except two major ones. And the probes is that it took them 3 weeks to complete the service. Seriously guys? There was no communication between dealership and the customer to have an idea when to expect the car back. It was something else which I would rather not share. Hopefully guys will correct the way they are doing business and stop being bias towards one type of people over another. Thank you

I bought a car from their New Britain location. They sold me an unsafe, unfit for the road car (illegal in CT-service records are proof). They supposedly fixed the car but failed to do numerous things. Still rendering it unsafe (again illegal). I brought it to this location to get it fixed. Joe (service manager) was absolutely understanding and a pleasure to work with. He showed sympathy and empathy and jumped on trying to fix my car. The people in the main office here have a heart and know what they are doing. The technicians are world class techs and very informative and take their job seriously. I wouldn’t bring my car to any other location. Very trustworthy and they don’t try to sell you unnecessary crap like most dealerships would. The service department here saved my negative opinion about Blasius. I recommend this place in Waterbury- NOT New Britain, to buy a car and maintain it too.

We definitely would recommend Blasius of Waterbury, Ct. It was time to buy a new 2025 Cadillac. Contacted the dealership and requested assistance from their sales department. We live out of town and have a 45 minute drive to dealership. I quickly was contacted by Steven Lord who became our salesperson. Steven Lord extended courteous, professional attention to all my questions. He returned my text messages promptly. He understood my concerns about not being able to stop by the dealership to discuss any questions or concerns I might have. Great customer service.

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. From start to finish our entire experience was an actual nightmare.. especially being 9 months pregnant. Oh, and Corey Lister, in their service department, stole our credit card number and fraudulently paid himself through his Square pay account. DAYS before I went into labor. BUYER BEWARE. Seriously, go anywhere else.
