If I could give a 0 star I would. They wanted to charge us almost. $1k for breaks and rotors. They didn’t even take the tires off to know that our tires were bare and that we needed new tires

They were very polite there. And she even knocked it down a bit for me when I explained my situation. My only thing is that when I paid for the diagnosis I thought it would be the entire car and it ended up just being the complaint of the car they looked into. But she did say I can bring it back for them to look at free. But then when I got home all my power steering fluid was out which wasn’t happening before I brought the car. I paid 861 for my car to be worse off and now I have no car at all. The part they said need to be fixed they charging 2200 for and I later found out they charge hourly which I wasn’t aware o. My own fault I should have asked.I called around and found a shop that doesn’t charge hourly who said they can do it for like 1/4 the price. So I sort of have mixed feelings about them that’s why I rated them 3 stars

Never been here before…. Do not reside in Waterbury. Last minute decision jus driving by. Walked right in asked for n oil change. No issues not busy no long waiting time was done in about 45 mins and way cheaper than where I usually go. Will definitely go here again.

Customer service perfect respectful called Uber to take me home and return to place after part was not available Had 1 shock and spring fixed, check brakes. And fix Flange on catalytic converter. When I got home I was told by an auto mechanics I know I should have had both shocks and springs done at same time never just one. The price was pretty expensive. My brakes are still squeaking.
