A dealership referred me Waterbury Transmission. I drove from a corner in MA to Waterbury, CT to repair some stuff in my car. Rob, Kevin, Steeve, Angel and the entire team provided me with excellent services on my Toyota Corolla. It’s my first car and I panicked..Surprisingly, they reassured me and answered all my weird questions about my car..They changed the radio and replaced it by an upgraded version, checked/fixed brake, etc. They are great people, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Very friendly and experienced, but, we were overcharged for the labor of a spark plug replacement job. I was charged 2.2 hours on a job that only takes a half hour for an experienced mechanic. ( I have seen proof of this being done with a timer).I find this to be excessive. I could see an honest charge of an hour. I would still recommend them but with reservations. I would like to clarify my post after the company's response. I am in no way accusing them of just making up a price, i am fully aware of the book and its "guidelines" on hours. I would of had the same quote at every garage that follows these "guidelines".

I have 2014 bmw 328 that was involved in fender they hold the card for over a months fighting to scam more money from insurance after getting $5700 they put back my same old with a damaged headlight and Rob the owner is a fraud this what insurance pay just for the light

Got plenty of work done there, but these people are dishonest, they said it took them 3.2 hours(charging $155/hr) to install 6 spark plugs on a 2006 Mazda tribute for $495/$500, meaning they are so inefficient they can only do that TWICE IN A WORKING DAY. You need to fire and get a new tech if they are that slow. I need my money back please

This is a nice spot where you can get your car done its a 1 stop shop, The service is unmatched. I would recommend it to anyone that needs car work done. Oil change,tune up, Door handle fixed from a break in. With winter coming in less than 6 months they do car starters too.
