Not great customer service and no one knows what their doing. I had called about an item and was told they had a ton in stock but when i went there it changed and they apparently in my 5 minute drive over didn't have any of them. Told them i called and was told otherwise and they *magically* found the item right behind the counter.

I would give them a 5 star rating but the last time I was there one of the counter work that wasn't busy with a customer was busy on the phone having a personal conversation. Ignoring the fact I was waiting 😣

Zero stars! Customer service here is horrible. I went in looking for some parts but the employee James was very rude and had an attitude. He ended up giving me the wrong part because he didn’t ask for any of my vehicle information and when I told him something specific about my car he said it didn’t matter. Very unprofessional! Train your employees better and maybe more people won’t complain!

I went in to the west main st. store and asked to borrow a tool to fix my bike. He looked at me like I was less than him and said that they didn't have any tools available for me and that I should leave. I said I don't need to borrow, I can just buy one. So I left and went across the street to auto zone where they were very polite and treated me as a customer.

Not only did they have fast accurate service the manager actually read my review and thanked me! When in Waterbury on West Main don't go to Auto Zone they always have a lot of people standing around waiting and about a dozen customers that are just trying to get a part ask a question or whatever.Ive seen people get so frustrated waiting they walk out sometimes stealing Not at Advanced They have great customer service whereas if one doesn't know the answer then they will look it up too ..great people
