Revamped Autoworks saved me big time. Please see my experience below, it is necessary: I received a renewal notice from DMV for Emissions test on my wife’s 2020 Mercedes GLB. This was in late January and deadline was mid February.Thinking this was going to be an easy pass, turned into a month of headaches. The first location I brought my car to stated that the emissions scanner was not reading the car. Tried another location in Plantsville and the same result, failed test. My next option was to bring it to Mercedes Benz of Hartford. This time, Mercedes disagreed and their scanners were reading and connecting with the car. So, I go bring my car back to the first emissions test center thinking all is good, they come back saying it wasnt fixed. I immediately called Mercedes of Hartford again, they said to bring it back, they will test it and even bring it to a local Midas for a test. Before ends day the service advisor calls and says that they resolved the issue and have a PASSED emissions test, and that my wife will pick up the next morning. My wife calls me when she picks up the next day and that the emissions test shows Failed. When she asked the service advisor why is it failed when they said it passed, they said they dont know and take it up with Midas. I was so furious that I just had to take matters into my own hands and that we may be left without a vehicle if this doesnt pass or a fix is found. Word of mouth a friend of mine told me about their great experience, with Kenny and Revamped Auto. I bring the vehicle as soon as I can and they were familiar with this scenario of the scanner not reading. Within a few hours they were able to fix the issue that there was a bad fuse and even brought my car to the nearest emissions center with a passed certificate. I am glad that I was able to do business with Revamped Auto, as they were able to resolve the issue within hours versus bringing it to the Manufacturer that gave minimal effort. I was able to drive my car care free with that failed test no longer lingering around. Thank you Kenny and team, I will most definitely be doing business in the future with you!

If you want honest, professional, and reasonable prices, look no further. This is the second time i bring my cars to this garage and i am very pleased with the service. First time was to replace a sway bar link and the recent visit was to replace a starter motor.
