I called this morning and a guy named Harry answer the phone and was very rude when I asked him if they Had any availability open for oil change. I think he has a language Barrier where he can only say yes and OK. I have to be at class so I asked him if he had any availability open and he said OK. I also asked him is there anybody in front of me so is 830 OK and he just said OK. So I called again to speak with somebody else and he just kept saying OK and he got angry with me! I get OK means yes but I wanna make sure that I make it to school on time because you probably say OK to everybody! The reason why I chose this place is because it has high ratings but you lost out on a good loyal customer being rude!

Best mechanic by far. Harry is honest and doesn't try to up-sell. He'll do only the work that's absolutely necessary. I wouldn't go to any other car repair. Trusted for sure. 💟

Nice and kind people were working in this place. I fixed my car's axel and the emergency brake after buying a used car. I asked the total cost to some places and compared the total cost between here and others. The cost was pretty good. I mean that I felt it was a fair price for a customer, where as other mechanics showed the total cost. I strongly recommend the mechanics.

I've been going to Auto Star for more than 10+ yrs. Harry has always been honest and fair in the cost of repairs. He is upfront on what is really needed and what can wait or nice to do. Options on using OEM parts or after market and the trade-offs. He is also very knowledgeable in finding what is really wrong with my old toyota cars.

Harry and a secretary (the wife) apparently are not nice people. They are obviously good with business (ish) but they are curt and I would not recommend these for service. There’s worth when you find a genuine neighborly person to do business with and this was not it for me.

Great Mechanic shop! Had issues with my Toyota Camry's AC with Driver side throwing out hot air and the passenger side with the only cold air. They were able to find the problem that the other mechanics couldn't. Definitely would recommend this shop and their fair pricing. Definitely check them out!

I brought one of my cars here for an ac repair , Harry got right to work on it . He went above and beyond to ensure that the whole system was working properly, even checked a few other issues that I wasn’t aware of and fix them as well . I went to a few other shops to get price quotes I was looking at $2500 for the full repair . Glad I came Here . I had a friend refer me to harry . I was able to get the whole system replaced for under $1300 . If anyone is looking to get any repairs done here, I highly recommend you won’t regret it. thank you for the good service and the awesome work you did on my vehicle. I really appreciate it.

I called 10 auto mechanics and chose Auto Star with Harry and Amy as the owners. I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey with 191,000 miles. Auto Star works on Japanese cars, including Honda, Toyota, Acura. I had a big job which included replacement of water pump and timing belt, Drive belt, replacement of rack and pinion, replace rear engine mount, replace rear transmission mount. It took 1.5 days of labor. Of the 10 mechanics, he had the best price and uses Honda parts. I was really happy since it was my first time at Auto Star. I even used the 10% off coupon online and got 10% off labor. I’ve been driving my car a few days now and it is very quiet, no more power steering fluid leaking. I wasn’t sure if it would be worth repairing my car at this point with 191,000 miles. But I’m glad I did because it works way better than before! I hope to keep it another 100,000 miles since Hondas can last up to 300,000 miles or more with good care. Harry even showed me all the broken parts so I would have peace of mind that new ones have been replaced (see photo). Thank you, Harry and team for a very fabulous job on my Honda Odyssey! I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

Don't go here. I did oil change, and they didn't put back screw 5 of them for the Engine Splash Shield. It fall down and hit ground. And oil leak. Never happened before. Very bad service and service attitude. It would be good for you not to go here.
