I didn't go to the business but they were recommended by someone to my wife. She wanted to surprise me with a remote starter for my truck for Christmas. They told her they tweaked it to a range of 3000 ft. She was sure, whatever as long as he can start it from the house. I don't know about 3K feet but it far exceeded my expectations. Auto Stereo installed an after market system for me, they were able to custom alter the door panels to fit better more powerful speakers, and the sound quality has improved greatly! With 6 new interior speakers and some nice subs in the back, I’m enjoying myself throughly. They went above and beyond and the price was right. I've been coming to Mike for about a year and a half with wiring issues I was experiencing from a 6+ year old install from another state. We decided to start from scratch with a new wiring install, along with a new head unit I wanted to switch out, including a microphone now connected to the rear view mirror, a new radio antenna install (the original was broken off in the threading) and now everything sounds great! He has been fair on everything he's done in my situation, which I really appreciate. Moreover, I know if I have any issues moving forward, that Mike and his crew have proven that they are knowledgeable in what they do, they care about their work, and because of my experience they will always have my business. Had my 2015 camaro rear deck speakers installed . Installer cracked my rear speaker cover, and didn't think I was going too see the (Big) cracked under my rear seat cover. Suggestion to anyone needing audio work on vehicles. After work is done ✔️ check and re-check all work done.

Had a remote start installed in my wife's care about a year ago and we've had to bring it in to be updated/serviced twice. Both times the guys working were professional and helpful. Just hard to reach out on the phone at times, so you might have to stop in to talk to someone.

The guys at Auto Stereo really hooked me up. I was quoted $540 for a remote start system with an upgraded 3000ft range 1 way remote. When I came to pickup my car, the guys had upgraded my remote even further without asking me. I was a little worried the price would be more expensive than my quote. The final price was $480 for a 1 mile range 2 way remote! So cheaper price, and upgraded parts. You really can’t go wrong with Auto Stereo.

I came in today for a first come first serve car radio installation I told them I would be an hour late but when I pulled up they only had one car they were working on and it was 11am. five hours later they never touched my car, the radio, or the installation because the excuse was people called out sick and they only had two people working that day. They were only opened monday. I work 6 days a week and only have the weekend to install that radio. I’m glad I didn’t spend any money before they installed the radio.

They did an amazing job with my stereo and i’m so happy with the results. However I gave 3 stars because I noticed a day later that all of my coins (dollars worth) had been taken from my coin holder. I attempted to call all day over 6 times within the span of 10 hrs and they would not answer. Now sure you could say “why leave money in the car..”, well honestly I didn’t think they’d take it.

Im actually super impressed. Brought my car for a full audio install 4x door speakers, 2x tweeters, 2x 3.5 mids, subs, 3 amps, and 1 dsp they did a great job took 2 and a half days he even did more than I was expecting. Again super impressed the system sounds great at a super great price. If I could rate them 10/5 I would.

I gave them 3 stars because when I went in to inquire about installing a new radio to replace my factory radio the guy at the front desk didn't seem to have much patience for my questions. that's just the first point, the second point is when i was giving my vehicle information he kept just switching screens and punching numbers into the calculator without explaining what each cost was. before I knew it he had a tally of over 1500$!!! for 1 head unit. we are talking some simple plug and play. I hate to say it but I left after feeling very put off by this guy and I went to Best Buy. the older gentleman seemed too have more patience than the younger guy. if the older guy wasn't with a customer I would've went and spoke to him. maybe next time they should work on a little customer service instead of trying to oversell a job.
