They didn't like to change my oil for me.i should of figured it out when the owner rolled his eyes behind his head.they did a very blank blank job.thats even changed my air conditioner filter wrong.i will never go there again

I purchased a vehicle from Auto Stop in February and after the first 150 miles I got a check engine light. I returned it to them they did a few things and said good to go. I then after about 1 week got another check engine light. Took the vehicle to an auto shop in another city and to make a long story short I spent 2500 and got my car back at the end of April. The vehicle now cost ME more than it’s value. I called Nyles and informed him and felt the right thing for him to do was reimburse me for the parts. Of course I have not heard from him since. I think he knew this car had problems from the start, I gave him a chance to right his wrong and nothing no response. So stay away from Auto Stop, it will cost you.

When I visited I felt like Nile, the gentleman who owns the business and the one who helped me, did everything within his power to help me. I really felt like he was genuine and I would recommend you to stop here before you go to the dealer. My AC compressor clutch was burnt out because I made a mistake and put old R134 in the system when I should have put the new R1234 yfr... he vacuumed it out disposed of it properly for me and found a new AC compressor. Finally he removed the old one put the new one on and filled my system with the proper freon. Nile is a lifesaver in almost the literal sense because I was driving around in the heat with no AC for easily a week.

The auto stop manager Nyle was very curtious, honest, and had fair prices. While I waited for my AC to be fixed, I sat inside his waiting room, full couch television, and 0.25 drinks from his vending machine. I also enjoyed looking at all the license plates and collectible items. Thank you, Auto stop!

I called Auto Stop recently to inquire about fixing my vehicles AC and a few other things. Nyle & his staff were all so friendly & genuine, I knew I had gone to the right place with people I could actually trust. I was seen on the same day and all of the issues were fixed so quickly. Their prices were really affordable! They also have such a beautiful office and waiting room, very clean and visually pleasing. I was extremely impressed with their service and space. Will definitely go back when I need to and will recommend them to anyone in need of any Auto repairs!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

I would highly advise not buying a vehicle from here unless you have your own personal mechanic check it first. Bought a vehicle from here 3 weeks ago and haven’t been able to drive it due to the issues it has. Nyle told us that they fix up the vehicles and make sure everything is good before selling. Not true… the vehicle had $2k worth of issues. He also said the vehicle was never in an accident and after looking more into it, my mechanic did in fact say the vehicle has been in an accident and small things were covered up to make it seem like the vehicle was fine. I was also told they would be calling me to give us the reflector that was missing from the vehicle and still haven’t gotten that call. I would suggest buying vehicles elsewhere. This place is crooked.
