I called to find out if I could get my air conditioner looked at. The gentleman said that he would check with his technician. The technician told him that no lady should be without air conditioning in this heat. So to come on in. Amazing! Amazing customer service!! Didn't even charge me for labor. Just charge me for my part. Love the people here!

UPDATE: 3/11/24 Took RV back in to have Loctite added. When I got back to camp, inspected and drivers side hub cutting into one stem and passenger side stem was too close to rim and hitting it when driving. Had to take both rims off and re-adjust properly. UPDATE: 3/5/24 Will be taking my RV back in to have Loctite put on nuts at no charge. Very inconvenient for me but need to make sure done correctly before traveling 1200 mi. From my experience, they tell you what you want to hear; they don’t listen to your concerns (maybe because I’m a woman). Borg valve stems installed on dually’s - before making appt, sent web page of instructions to ensure install done correctly, primarily using the Loctite on nuts that comes with stems. I was assured that they knew what they were doing and no worries. I purchased the stems because I got them faster and same price. I asked for all parts back and discovered Loctite never opened. When I brought it to their attention, was told they never use it and they checked for leaks after install and no leaks. The problem with these stems is nut works loose and deflated tire. Was told they could put the Loctite on if I want but they were very busy and since they didn’t do right first time, my gut told me to go somewhere else. Overall, they were very nice, just wish they did job right first time.

My class A rv (22.5 tires)had a flat, and a truck was immediately sent, when tire was removed, the dual also had a large bubble on the inside tire as well - a rock had jammed inside. Replaced both tires by mobile unit - at a great price I might add - and back on the road in under 2 hours! Bravo, what an awesome company!

Needed valve stems replaced. They were very accommodating and performed the work requested. One of my stud extensions was damaged when I returned. Was it their fault or did someone put it on too tight at another time I don't know. There was also another part of the kit they didn't use. They failed to give it back to me and I had to make a return trip. I feel all in all they did what I asked them to do. Could they have taken care of the other issues instead of putting it back on me. I believe yes they could have. That would be a five star review.

Excellent service. I walked in with a flat tire and they started looking at the flat immediately. Within 5 minutes they identified the problem was a cracked rim. Nothing they could do to fix that, of course. They charged me $0. I will definitely be back to have them remount the existing tire on a new rim.

We gave been to several different tire stores with our RV over the years. This was not one of our better experiences. We left it in the afternoon and they said that we could wait, or just come back before 5:00 when they close. We dropped by after 4:00 and they were working on it...it is after 6:00 and we are still here. Everyone but one tech has obviously left ... They requested us to pay so that they could close the office at five...what a mistake. I am losing hope that they will ever finish at this point. Very sad experience

Great customer service! I took my car in to fix the alignment, and they did an awesome job. They use state of the art equipment and measuring tools to give you a printout of the old alignment measurements and new measurements after any adjustments were made. All for a relatively low price. I have been coming to East Bay tire company for the past 4 years. If there were the possibility of giving more than a five-star I absolutely would. The cruise phenomenal management is top star us could you shall receive. I have four different vehicles that I brought to them from our 40 ft Diesel Pusher to our small Kia towing vehicle my 1 ton Ford and other vehicles and each and every time they've been taken care of whatever the issue is with the vehicles. Currently I'm putting some miles on my 1995 F350 after having front end rebuilt . Steers and drives like a new vehicle. If ever there were any concerns they would step right up and take care of the issue. Highly recommended this shop to others. The friends and neighbors I've sent have all come back and said thank you for sending me there.

This is the absolute best place for service. I had a brake line that had an area that had rubbed through. So I stopped there after going to 5 different shops that does brake repairs. Freddie Pineda. Manager of East Bay Tire also wasn't able to fix it. So I offered to buy parts and the flairing tool. And could I bring g it back. Now understand that this is a 2000 Hurricane RV. 25 years old. So I ordered flair couplings and tool and he got me in the next morning. I have to admit neither of us had done this before, Freddie was undaunted. It took like 3 tries but it was finally together and I had breaks once again. I am so grateful. I believe that this shop can get anyone back on the road. I would highly recommend this establishment that needs work done. The staff was so friendly and they only charged 1 hour of labor. My total was $143.56 I was floored that's all. My breaks have never been so good. Thank you Freddie for all your help and patience
