First class service. They let me have one of their cars while they were fixing my car. The only bad thing is the check engine come in again and I need to take it back. Parts are super expensive but is part of having a Volvo. Other than that great service.

My 2016 Volvo was using too much oil. Autobahn recommended an oil consumption test. I agreed and came back for analysis after driving my car 1400 miles as instructed. My car failed the test and extensive engine work is necessary. Autobahn is discussing my issue with Volvo. Autobahn has serviced my cars for over 15 years. They are honest, dependable and totally trustworthy. I don't know how this current situation will end but I am confident they will do their best by me. Outstanding organization!

I recently had my 2020 Volvo XC90 serviced at Autobahn Volvo for her 30k routine check. Mike Flori was my advisor, and he took great care of me...and my vehicle. In fact, he accurately advised me on a small ding in my door that I was concerned about. The service dept, and Mike were able to rub and clean out the ding at no cost to me. Very happy about that! Mike continued to communicate directly with me via text, throughout the duration of my service and that was very much appreciated. Ever since I purchased my vehicle here, I always return, feeling as if they truly respect my vehicle and me. It's like they know the value/quality of the reputable Volvo Brand and understand what I have, and will take care of her. That's a great feeling for sure! The Admin/Service area and lobby are clean, well staffed, and polite. I was also able to secure a timely shuttle ride to and from the Dealership. The only recommendation I have, would be to secure one of the first appointments in the morning when they open, as my vehicle was there from my appt time of 1030 until 1530. That can be a challenge with my busy schedule, (I am retired so...). Hopefully this will reduce the time my car is on-site for my next service visit. Thank you Mike, much appreciated!

My daughter has a 2014 XC60 with over 140K miles on it that had some warning lights showing up and needed maintenance. I live in Dallas and looked at the dealerships here to book the 140K service and it was almost $900! I decided to see if it might be a little cheaper somewhere else and took at look at Autobahn. Well, the price was almost half of what it was in Dallas, so I thought it would be worth a shot to save that much money. It definitely was worth it, and not just for the significant difference in price. My advisor, Mike Montes, was incredible! I was going to just wait, but it turned out some decently significant work needed to be done to put it back in good shape. I could have waited a few hours, but when I asked if I could have a loaner so I wouldn't have to fight rush-hour back to Dallas, Mike said no problem. By the time I got back to the dealership from visiting family about 10 minutes away, there was already a brand-new loaner waiting for me to grab. It took about 10 more minutes to fill out the paperwork and I was on my way back to Dallas in style. I own another car which is trying to be a luxury model, but they often struggle to even get a rent car for me, let alone a comparable loaner, even with days notice. It was incredibly refreshing to be treated like such a valued customer, even when bringing in a 10-year-old car. Needless to say, even when I just need an oil change, I'll be driving back to Ft Worth for service. They are top-notch and Mike is as good as they come. If the other service advisors are anything like him, you will not be disappointed getting service at Autobahn Volvo. If for some reason you are, my bet would be they'll make it right also. It's definitely worth the drive. Thanks Mike and crew!

Jovone was my sales person and he made this a smooth sailing experience and quick. They are honorable when it comes to purchasing a car, and not having unnessary add on fees. Also, my tire light was on while I did the test drive. Turns out it had a nail in when I purchased it but no worries, they took care of that providing me with a new tire and free car wash when i came back. I recommend him to be your sales person for a new or used vehicle. All other employees provided good customer service as well.

I’ve owned a Volvo for the last 10 years, and while I’ve never bought a car from Autobahn Volvo, I absolutely adore their service center. I’ve been to other Volvo service centers around DFW, but nothing compares to the great service I’ve received from Jessica Samano, Michael Montes, and the rest of the service personnel at Autobahn. I know I can trust them to recommend only the services and maintenance I truly need, and their team provides a video of any problem areas along with an explanation of why they’re recommending service.
