My van had major issues and Johnny was able to get it going and offered all of the different options I had and their accompanying costs...he shoots you straight and definitely doesn’t try to force repairs or unneeded work. I made an appointment to have a fog light assembly installed. I did not arrive on time for my appointment and they were able to get my car in quickly anyways! I called a few other automotive places and was quoted a much higher price then I was hoping for, less then an hour later J&N Auto had me out the door with a fog light installed and a price that was much more reasonable and surprising! Phenomenal service!!!

This shop did not complete repairs for me. They have great reviews and likely do good work. Review is based on customer service. One week later and I still haven't received a phone call back. Made three calls within three hours and left a message. I contacted J&N based on reviews and the fact that they are located less than a mile from the place I'm staying. I was out of town and having a mechanical issue that required the vehicle to be limped in to the nearest location for repairs. Called All Auto Service & Body and Kamal fixed up my truck the same day.

I love this shop! A thunderstorm triggered some kind of high-pitched tone/alarm on my truck. I couldn't figure out how to stop it. I called the dealership and they couldn't help me on the phone and booked a service appointment for me. I stopped by J&N on my way to work and they solved the problem in minutes. They told me I could replace a part or...just do without it. I've been in for a variety of other services and have always been treated well and fairly and have been pleased with the work and the staff.

Today I broke down (image the best flustered face ever). Luckily I was by J&N! They went above and beyond to get my vehicle onto the lot as I couldn't. I was told about j and n through a friend of a friend. Since I'm new to the area I didn't have any other options. That being said, this is hands down the best experience I have ever had with a garage or auto shop. Flexible appointment times, clear and concise communication, and very prompt work. I had to get quite a few things done regarding suspension and upkeep and this garage got my car back to me same day and my car drives like a dream. 100/10 would recommend to my friends.

We found this shop while visiting Fort Worth- a chunk of debris on the highway knocked something loose under our car. They greeted us, diagnosed the problem, fixed it (just needed a new bolt!) and had us out the door in under 30 minutes- all for ten bucks. And the staff was really nice!

Very happy with my experience. There are unfortunately many overpriced car mechanics in Fort Worth, some should be considered flat out fraud. HOWEVER, while J&N is not the cheapest, they are very honest and helpful. You can trust they are doing the job correctly, and they do not try to push any unnecessary repairs. Great people there. Highly recommend, I feel it is worth paying a little extra for honesty and thoroughness!

My daughter went here after her check engine light came on. I was worried they might take advantage of her, but I was relieved by how honest and helpful they were. They explained it could be related to a recent oil change, reset the computer, and told her to come back only if the light came on again. They did not charge her.

J and N auto was recommended to me as an honest mechanic. I called for a quote on differential fluid service and spark plug replacement, and the man I spoke with on the phone sounded disinterested and annoyed that I called. He told me he would call back with an estimate and never bothered asking me for a callback number. I had to initiate and offer him my number. Well surprise, he never called back. It’s disappointing that they did not provide an estimate for basic routine maintenance. Poor communication and failure to deliver a quote as promised. I was ready to give them the job, though I went with another reliable and honest local mechanic who respects me as a customer.

I've had about 3 repairs done here and each one has held. The first was my headlight connectors which were both replaced for $100, the next was a vacuum seal repair for $200 and the last was a window regulator replacement for $400 (but we negotiated for an aftermarket part). The prices are fair for the work but the one thing I can't compliment enough is how timely the service is. Most mechanics will keep your car for a week even for simple services, dealerships will need an appointment for an appointment, each of these repairs were done within a few hours. I'm always driving home the same day I dropped it off. Also they're not pushy, they don't oversell, they're honest.
