I used their automatic car wash service for my car and it left a large area of scratch marks on my front hood. In addition, the car was not washed clean to my expectation. When I discovered the scratches, I went back to talk to the staff, who at the time promised me that he'd let the owner know and the owner would call me back within the next two days. Well, he never did! In fact, I tried to come back to the place to talk to the on-site staff again, but got no further assistance. I would never use their service again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

I rarely, if ever, leave reviews but I felt compelled to here. I had such a great experience at Autobath. One of the other reviews mentioned how the attendant was rude to him. I find that very hard to believe because the same attendant went out of his way to help me with my car. Not only did he help me with the wash, but he saw that I was missing the cap to my wiper fluid and he gave me a suggestion of where I could find a new one without going to the dealer. I strongly suggest you go to Autobath, if anything because the people they hire really look after you.

Decent place and very clean. Whether you want to manually wash your dry or use the brushless machine it's your choice, you can also finish the cleaning by polishing your car with hot wax. There is a separate place to vacuum and dry your car. Clean and dry wipes are provided free of charge to dry your car. The place is usually crowded on weekends. You might want to get early there or clean your car on weekdays

Drove out of my way just to visit this car wash as they have a touchless option. Paid for the most expensive touchless wash package ($17) and the machine didn’t even work. The sign stating there was a “wash in progress” kept flashing even though there was no other vehicle there and never prompted me to pull up. I have my receipt and video and will be returning another day when an attendant is there to try and get a refund. I have emailed and called the listed phone number for the business numerous times (I left voicemails as well) and have not received a callback. _____________________________________________ I went back to the car wash today and was able to speak with the owner and attendant. They acknowledged my review and then allowed me to use the car wash as it has now been repaired.

This is the best place around for an automatic car wash, go to the soft touch instead of the touch less and you won't be disappointed. Car comes out clean and nearly dry every time. Bring a towel and finish off the hot spots and in 2 minutes it looks perfect.

Its seems a safe place. Employees are helpful. The automatic carwash water pressure for some wheels is not enough, so wheels do not get properly cleaned. I handwash and polish..... the timer on the payment machine sometimes does not work. The vacuums are really good. I would recommend this carwash because of its many options.

I usually will come here and get the auto wash, and it gets my car fairly clean without me having to get out of the vehicle. The last time I went, I opted for one of their more expensive washes because it said I would get vacuum tokens as part of the wash. I paid for the wash but never got any tokens, and there was no attendant. So I can only guess that they are being shady to get extra money, knowing that people aren't going to come back during business hours just to get their owed tokens from an attendant. They've been raising prices for a while now, and it's far too expensive to not get what you pay for. I'll shop around next time I need my car washed.

Just stopped in to Autobath for the first time. Great drive-through car wash. Very clean and well-maintained facilities. And Carts with clean towels to dry your car after the wash. Available window cleaner and paper towels and interior seat and dash cleaner too.

I got my car washed for the first time here today and thought it was a great service for the price! I used the light touch auto wash and vacuuming station, and there are self-service stations available, as well as a touchless auto wash station. And they've got rainbow lighting inside, and what's not to like about that?! :) Update 2/21/22: I went there to get my car washed today, and the internet/card payment systems were down. The managers there were kind enough to give me change for a car wash, and a vacuum. They definitely didn't have to do that, and I thought it was so nice. Definitely still my favorite car wash around here.

Update: One automated lane is under construction. Bummer! But check this out, they offered to hand wash the car for the same price as the automated service. Cash only for the substitution though. Just when I thought the customer service was great, they take it up another notch. Quick and convenient location to get a car wash. There's also pressure washers/sprayer if you have the time to wash your car. There's also the touchless wash for various prices if you are short on time or prefer the convenience of driving in and out in a timely manner.

I have visited Autobath multiple times during the past few years and the experience is always pleasant. Their facilities are well maintained and have DIY or automatic wash to choose from. Their vacuums are much more powerful than the few other car washes that I visited in the area. The employees are very helpful too. I had some questions today and Jaden was helpful and friendly throughout helping me resolve the issue. They recently installed some free vacuums for car wash customers in the back of the shop.

This car wash place is amazing!!! I always wait way too long to wash my car and it was incredibly grimy when I brought it in for my first visit here. I went through the automatic touch-less car wash and when I was doing the self vacuuming I noticed it was still kind of dirty. Recognizing that was my own fault due to how dirty it was when I started, I pulled into a self wash bay to do some touching up. One of the staff members noticed that I had already been through the automatic wash (without me saying anything!) and when he realized that my car was still dirty, he had me sit back inside of it while he washed the entire car himself from top to bottom. When it was done, it looked amazing. This was absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service, and I will definitely be coming back as a new regular as long as that staff member is there!

Great place to pamper your vehicle. ! The gentleman on duty, perhaps the owner, was very welcoming and professional. He sprayed down my dirty car, before in it went through the Autobath. It looks fantastic, and you get two vacuum tokens with the GOLD PACKAGE I got. Very nice establishment. I will be back next month. I love our local businesses. Check them out y'all!

Don’t waste your money on the automatic wash, car is actually dirtier than it was when I entered the wash — I got the $15 (most expensive) one and there’s a film covering in most spots (added a picture of the black painted hood). It looked like it’s been collecting dust for weeks, and you can see the line of dirt added to my window

I paid for the best razor wash package ($17), and I cannot even tell I washed it. Next time I will go to the car wash by Barbee Chapel Rd. Do not waste your money.

I wasn't expecting to find cleaning supplies and rags available for free. I bought a premium wash and then used the vacuum for over an hour. The location is chill enough to not feel rushed. I'll be back for sure.

Pretty solid as car washes go. 6 do it yourself bays and two automatic bays. A multitude of vacuum cleaners and scent dispensers. Credit card use at all locations, change machine as well.

The touchless car wash is useless. No, it doesn’t touch your car, true to name. But it doesn’t wash your car either, so there is absolutely no point in spending $15 to take your car through it. I’ve gone twice now, with consistent outcomes.

24 hour self wash system! My machine seemed to only add 1:30 mins after my first initial 3:00 for $3. Usually takes about 5:00-6:00 min tops to clean a compact SUV!

Autobath is my favorite car wash in the area! It is reasonably priced and does a good job getting the car clean even touch free. I let my cars get pretty nasty so occasionally there will be some baked on dust left in hard to reach places towards the underside of the car, but running it through the soft touch takes care of that sort of thing. Another unintended benefit of this wash are the gorgeous lights! I took photos of my roommates track car here and they turned out fabulous, PLUS he got a great wash. I always recommend Autobath and come every month before cars and coffee.
