All of my issues are related to the outsourced tech that traveled to local site to complete rear window replacement on vehicle. First tech calls me at 9:25a and states that he won't be onsite until 12pm. Ok, chalk that trip up for what it is. Take my truck back at 12p and receive a call at 2:30p from tech that they ordered the wrong glass. Poor experience across the board and paid for two uber rides to drop off and pick up my truck with no work completed. The call center for Glass America is also very disconnected from the work sites at local level. Don't recommend this group for glass work .

Please don't use them or you will be totally frustrated. They give a 2 hour window but don't show up. Customer service basically calls you a "Lier" without say the exact words. I set at my door for 3 hours waiting and then they say the GPS shows they came. Well, maybe the GPS was at the wrong address?? I set another appointment and found out later the girl setting the appointment shouldn't have given me a time?? WHAT???

Service was fine. I had 2 guys come out, one to try to repair the windshield but said it needed to be replaced. Another guy came the next day to replace the windshield. Neither of them were wearing masks. That made me concerned because they had to go inside my car. Would have appreciated the company much more of the employees were wearing masks.

Tech broke moldings on the car and then tried to hide it. Spoke with warranty they tried to claim it wasn’t related to the glass being replaced even though I had photos to prove otherwise. They finally agreed to replace the parts that the tech broke but not without catching an attitude. The tech that came to replace the parts he broke showed up 2 hours late didn’t notify my wife he was there until he was leaving and had an attitude with her for the fact we called him out on him breaking the moldings on the car and trying to hide it. This is the first and last time we will ever use glass America.

I had a VERY GREAT experience with this company. I called on Sunday to get my left window replaced and my appointment was the next 2 days. Victor D was my mechanic. He came in the morning fixed my mirror and even vacuumed the glass out of the car! I would highly recommend this company if your glass needs fixed! It was affordable , easy , and only took no longer than 30 minutes.
