Finding an auto body shop that can be trusted is no easy task. Having previous issues with past collision shops I was extremely hesitant to take it to a body shop my lawyer recommended. However I gave it a shot and thankfully it's a decision I'm happy I made. As soon as I agreed Justin sent over a text message with the shops information and he followed it up with a call. We set up a time for pick up and a couple of days later the flatbed truck was picking up the vehicle. When it arrived at their shop they began sending over progress text and when the vehicle was set to be complete. A feature I was not use to with any other body shop. When I picked it up I was greeted by Justin and Jason, they walked me through what was done and told me about what was covered under the warrant. They showed me the vehicle and it looked amazing. They even cleaned the inside before returning it to us. Jason also went out of his way to ensure I was pleased with the work that was done after the car left his shop. Great customer service! I highly recommend them and will be using them for any future repairs. Thank you Justin and Jason!

I appreciate the good communication, kindness, and their attention to detail repair service. Jason and Justin are awesome and very helpful. They went above and beyond with the repair service. The entire team was very professional. They did an excellent job fixing the body damage part of my car. After repair my car turned out looking like brand new and it drives well. I was truly impressed with my recent experience with Autocraft Collision Center! I was visiting some relatives in the Los Angeles area when someone unfortunately backed into my car in a parking lot. Since I was going to be here for a couple of days, I decided to get a few quotes from nearby autobody shops to see if they would be able to get this fixed before the end of my trip. From the very beginning, Justin at Autocraft understood the predicament I was in and made the entire experience as painless as possible. He provided me a very competitive quote and explained the process of what it would take to repair my bumper and let me know that all repairs came with a lifetime warranty. Not only was he very transparent, he understood I was on a trip with limited time and went above and beyond to make arrangements to have me in and out of the shop as quickly as he could. I brought my car in on a Monday morning and received a call to pick up my car Tuesday afternoon! Their service was quick and efficient and the quality of the repair was second to none. They did a great job restoring the bumper and paint matched it perfectly to the rest of the car. It looked as good as new! This company is simply the most amazing! I had a great experience and made the right decision in bringing my vehicle to this collision center. The staff is super nice!! Their office is very nice and clean! I had concerns about my vehicle before they fixed it and they took me in with open doors and explained in detail what the car needed to be fixed. Any questions I had they were always very helpful. I also had the pleasure to meet the owner, Jason. He is very polite and super helpful. I highly recommend AUTOCRAFT COLLISION CENTER! Jason the owner of Autocraft is friends with my dad. I sent my car to Jason figuring I can trust him with the repairs from a car crash. After receiving the car back the rims were still completely messed up. Very poor quality of work. A couple months later now I am finding even more wrong with my vehicle that was never fixed like a broken window that sounds awful when you roll it down. Jason wants me drop it off again even though they had it for over a month. I’m not sure Jason comprehends that I have to spend more money out of my own pocket to have it sent back to his shop again to get a rental to fix the mistakes he has made. This has been the worst experience dealing with Jason, his employees and Autocraft collision center. I am writing this review to help people not go here. Imagine what they will do to someone they don’t even know. Stay far away from this collision repair shop. They are scammers
