I can’t say enough good things about Michael and his amazing team — Nestor, Gustavo, and Bryan! This is the third time I’ve brought my vehicle here, and each time they have gone above and beyond to deliver outstanding service. Most recently, they fixed my side view mirror on very short notice, and not only was the repair done quickly, but the quality of the work was excellent — everything looks and functions like new. As a single mom who depends on her car every day, it meant the world to me to be treated with such kindness, urgency, and professionalism. Michael and his team made me feel completely safe and supported. Their compassion, honesty, and attention to detail truly set them apart. To whom it may concern, I could not be more proud to be a Longo/Lexus/Toyota customer. For more than 30 years, I have been a TK (Toyota Kid) Since the early 90’s. My Mom was a dedicated employee who took pride in the brand for more than 25 years. She continued to support the luxury brand beyond her retirement in 2010, and until her untimely passing of cancer in 2020. My first official college car was a Corolla and I’ve gone on to own many Lexus/Toyota vehicles since then. I am a new owner of a 2025 TX350 and LOOOOOOOVE IT! This brand is second to none, and our cars have stood the test of time, lasting year after year. Over the course of time I’ve needed to visit the Longo Collision Center and in the two most recent times, I’ve worked with Frank Lopez. Frank embodies everything a company could hope for. Someone who takes pride in their work, exhibits excellent customer service, has clear communication, shows concern and compassion for each unique circumstance, and is always willing to go above and beyond. This experience has made me feel loved, valued, and proud. I am so appreciative of the wrap-around love and support I have received. I came to this location after being involved in a rear end collision. I was greeted by Michael to help me walk through steps to get my car taken care of. He showed me what damages were needed attention to. I was then introduced to the techs that were going to handle the repairs to my car Saul and Yordi. Both were very responsive and provided updates about my car repair. My car took about 2 weeks for completion and it was earlier then what was told. The repairs came out flawless, they were able to secure me with OEM bumper, provided a car wash and also was able to find me a door handle key cover which I lost. Michael and the team handled everything with my insurance, to getting me a rental to taking care of the communication with the estimate. Thank you Michael, Saul, Yordi and the rest of the collision repair team for helping me get my car repaired with no headaches at all.

Longo Toyota‘s customer service is amazing and quality in the work they perform is excellent. My Camry came out looking like something straight out of the showroom! The communication between them and my insurance company was so efficient. They made the whole process so smooth for me! I will always recommend Longo to family, friends and even strangers! I recently had my bumper scratch repaired by Michael Chau, the director, at Longo Collision Repair Center, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. He did an outstanding job restoring my damaged bumper to almost its original condition as a courtesy! The customer service was very professional exceptional as well. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the repair, from the polishing to the precise bumper alignment. Michael even took care of the bulge on the bumper that we hadn't originally even mentioned, going above and beyond our expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the process, ensuring I was informed about the progress of the repair. And most importantly, this was in line with the initial conversation over the phone, which Michael said that he can polish the scratched area as a courtesy and there were no hidden fees or surprises. See the attached pictures done as a courtesy, epic! Moreover, the turnaround time was impressive; I got my vehicle back in no time, which minimized any inconvenience as we were in and out in 15 minutes. The final result was an amazing bumper that looked as almost good as new. I highly recommend this auto body shop for bumper repair – they are skilled, honest, and provide excellent service. I honestly cannot believe they just did this. This is the shop to go, going in for another car soon for repair!

When I got it back, the cargo net was installed, and the blanket was open full of sand. The paint was amazing. The bumper install has small marks on both sides . They said come back and have it vacuumed. The marks are standard lines from the factory. I paid so much i would have appreciated those "standard marks " removed before paint. This has been edited from my initial review

If I could give this place no stars, I would. We brought my car to Longo Collision Repair Center on September 11 for a back seat replacement approved by our insurance. What followed was one of the most frustrating and awful service experiences we've ever had. There were zero proactive updates. Every time we called for a status, we were told someone would call us back—yet no one ever did. We had to chase every piece of information ourselves. Today, after multiple calls, we were finally told the car was done but being held due to “pending payment.” This was news to us, as our insurance had already confirmed payment. After pressing further, we learned the repair center didn’t even send the supplemental invoice until this afternoon—nearly a month later—causing an entirely avoidable delay. We spoke with the manager, Mr. Chau, who was courteous and professional, but ultimately nothing was resolved. This kind of service is unacceptable—especially from a Lexus-affiliated facility. Poor communication, no follow-through, and delays caused by their own inaction. We expected far better and would not recommend this repair center based on our experience.

🚫 Warning: Horrible Collision Repair Experience at Longo Toyota El Monte – Poor Service, Mismanagement, and No Accountability 🚫 I’m deeply disappointed with the service I received from Longo Toyota’s collision repair center in El Monte, and I feel obligated to share my experience to warn others before trusting this facility with their vehicle. I brought two of my vehicles—a truck and an SUV—for repairs following insurance claims. What should have been a smooth process quickly became an absolute nightmare due to incompetence, lack of accountability, and disorganized management. Not only did I have to return both vehicles TWICE because they missed obvious repairs the first time around, but they had the nerve to take both cars back without offering a rental vehicle to make up for their mistake. This meant more time without transportation—caused entirely by their oversight. And let’s be clear: these weren’t minor touch-ups; they were insurance-covered repairs that should have been done properly the first time. Even after taking weeks to “fix” things, there were still issues with the work. When I raised concerns, management was quick to deflect blame, offering no real solution or sincere apology. Instead, they continually repeated that it wasn’t their fault, citing “process” issues as if basic quality control and communication aren’t common sense in a professional service business. The most infuriating part was the manager’s prideful, dismissive attitude and refusal to accept responsibility. Rather than addressing their clear failures, they seemed more interested in protecting their image than providing real customer care. Their evasive responses, lack of transparency, and unwillingness to correct mistakes without pushback reveal a company more concerned with avoiding liability than delivering trustworthy service. I like protecting people's privacy and so if you're wondering which people were involved the manager with initials KM and the service people with initials FH and GS. I hate that they do this to people who bring them business. They will tell you that they will fix the issue and you just have to bring it back, then they will backtrack and say that's not something they will cover because it wasn't their fault. Just something that you wouldn't expect from a big company dealership. From the moment I dropped off my cars to the frustrating weeks that followed, I experienced nothing but: • ❌ Unorganized processes • ❌ Lack of follow-through • ❌ Poor communication • ❌ No accountability • ❌ Disrespect toward the customer’s time and situation I regret ever trusting Longo Toyota’s collision department. If you value your time, your money, and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same costly mistake.

It was a difficult paint color however he reassured and made sure that their painter matched the pearl color that I wanted. If you're ever going to their collision center whether it be for an accident, or like my own personal project of painted parts, ask for Josue or Michael and they'll make sure you're happy!

Took my car in for a large comp claim with a lot of body damage. They quickly evaluated the extent and worked hard and efficiently to repair as quickly as possibly. From going above and beyond in finding parts to insuring that the claims adjuster was up to date. Frank and Gregory are the best and I purposely drive over an hour and half just take my car to this collision center because i know they're the best.
