Brought my car in as the ac wasn’t working properly. They were able to locate the issue and fix it the same day. William was great and provided updates through both texts and by calling. Prices were also reasonable compared to other places, and I was provided with different options to choose from which was nice. You can tell they take pride in their work, and care about their customers. They even reached out to make sure everything is working as it should, after the fact. My ac is now better than it’s ever been. I would highly recommend bringing your car here, you won’t be disappointed.

It was my first time having work done by them. I just needed someone to repair my alternator, and I found them online by chance. They were friendly and easy to talk to. I was impressed when I brought my car to them because they provided an Uber for me so I could get home. They fixed the issue with my car and also offered payment plans to make the repair fees more manageable and affordable. Thumbs up for this shop!

I was there because of my ML 350 A/C it doesn’t work , after the diagnostic The manager Tri , was telling me that my compressor is bad and i have little leaking on my A/C condenser so he recommended me to have a replacement with a 3 years warranty which i told him to go head replace them., tri his so helpful i really appreciated to fix the problem. Will Huy was so pleasant to work with. He is always smiling and has a can do attitude. I had a computer problem with my PT Cruiser that nobody could fix. Will maintained that they had experienced technicians that could fix the problem. The result was they did fix the problem. Will was 100 percent right above that. Problem solved ! Will did something that nobody else could do. He fixed my car. I have no idea what Will’s salary is but I do know that he deserves a raise. He is the perfect guy for his job !

Tri and Will are the best. Excellent customer service. I came in initially thinking my alternator needed to be replaced, turns out it was fine and my battery rods were lose. They did inform me of some other things that were causing noises to my car after the free inspection they offered. They break it down very effectively and easy to understand through a website with pictures and descriptions. I ended up getting those things problems fixed a few days later in 1 day. And on top of everything else that was great, I wasn’t able to use one of their loaner cars seeing as my license had recently expired, so they politely offered to uber me back and forth from my house and my job. All around just amazing service, I be e leave reviews but these guys deserve it.

I will recommend Autolink Repair Service to each and every one of my friends and family without a second thought. I recently had trouble with my Jeep Wrangler and decided to visit them for the first time because they were the closest to my place I recently moved to. I have never had a more pleasant experience visiting an auto repair shop. 4 things that I really appreciate are: 1. They are offering to rent a cab for pickup and drop-off at no cost. 2. Offering a loaner at no cost (limit on the miles/day). 3. Detailed inspection report with pictures and videos showing what's happening with your vehicle. 4. An service expense that they forgot to contact me for approval and decided to waive the service charge. Will is one of the advisors there, and he is awesome!

I was in vacation with my family when our vehicle started displaying error messages and experiencing a loss of power. I made it to our hotel and called my roadside assistance number which recommended this shop. The vehicle was towed to a transmission place first which could not help with this issue. A second call was made to roadside assistance which took it from the transmission place to Autolink Repair Services. They were quick to diagnose the issue and repair it.. all while we were on our Disneyland trip. The communication was excellent the entire time and when the vehicle was ready, they even sent me an Uber to pick me up from Disneyland to go pick up my van. I was able to do so quickly and return to my family at Disney. Special shout out to Tri for his fast, friendly service! He took the stress out of what was a situation that could’ve ruined our family vacation. All in all a great place for servicing your vehicle. I wish we had a place like this in Albuquerque!

I came in for the 30K service suggested by Kia Dealership. The dealership gave me a quote higher than expected. I came to Autolink just hoping for a lower price quote. However, Will and his mechanic checked over my car and only gave me the issue that need to be maintained. They did not try to up sell me for any service that I don't need. I ended up just have an oil change and break fluid replacement. They also found an issue that the dealership overlooked and should still be under warranty and advised me to take it into the dealership to have it fix. That alone saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you Autolink for your honesty and great customer service. You definitely will have a return customer.

2000 Toyota Camry LE 2.2 having an Issue gauge under dashboard keeps blowing up. Can't figure out what's goin up. We tried everything but no avail. So, we checked the reviews and called them if they can fix this kind of issue. Boom ! Not even an hour they figure out what's the cause of problem its the wiring grounded from EGR. Its worth the time and money. Highly recommended this shop very transparent and professional. Thumbs up !

Auto link is probably one of the best auto repair shops. I’ve been to. First of their pricing is fair and comparable. They were extremely attentive and detail oriented with how they cared for my vehicle. They gave me a full markup of everything that was wrong that needed to be done in order of priority level With pictures of any damages and a summary of what needs to be done for each issue. The part was ordered right away they paid for my transportation to and from the shop. They did exceptional work and I had my car back the next day in better shape than before. AutoLink offers exemplary customer service and high quality repairs and I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs to get work done on their vehicle.. my car is very, very happy and so am I

Went to Autolink to have my A/C repaired. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with all of my concerns. Pricing was fair and you have that peace of mind that your car is in good hands.
