I went to Autologic to inquire about a repair for my 2019 Cadillac XTS. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. I took my car in the next morning, and was out within an hour.

Front desk lady with the dark curly hair is extremely dismissive and rude. Took my care to get an inspection and my tire lock key set came up missing. I realized my brand new set was missing 5 months later. I went to the store to tell them and hopefully for some reason it was still there. And she told me 5 different ways about how they might not have used it because the mileage was low and how if they did use it it’s no reason for them to keep it. While I’m explain accidents happen she didn’t know if they took the tire off or not and she needed to take accountability and just say we don’t have it anymore. It’s an inconvenience to me to have this issue. I couldn’t get my new tires out on because the key set was missing! I had to adjust and order a new set so the inconvenience lies with me. She was rude and I’ll never come here again. It was my first and last time!
