I am incredibly disappointed that my experience does not match the other reviews of this business. Auto Glass & Sunroof Repair will not finish the entirety of repairs we paid for, will not issue a refund, and is now ignoring phone calls & emails. The vehicle was never ready on the original promised date we were given, and I've been promised photos and videos of my vehicle but have never received them. I contacted Auto Glass & Sunroof Repair (AGSR) for the first time on 2/13/25 because I was experiencing water in my vehicle after heavy rain. I took my vehicle to AGSR on 2/19/25 for repairs and was given a pickup date of 3/1/25. My vehicle ended up not being ready for pickup until 3/8/25, and despite the vehicle not being put back together correctly (panels not installed, headliner cover not fully installed & hanging down, loose screws/parts in the vehicle, & sunroof shade not operating properly), I paid the full amount of the invoice with a good faith understanding that AGSR would finish the repairs when I brought the vehicle back. On 3/18/25, I took my vehicle back to AGSR & Lee admitted to rushing the job and agreed to finish installing the headliner cover properly. On 4/8/25, I had to contact AGSR about the status of my vehicle and was told that it was finished three days prior, but no one had called us. Lee acknowledged and understood that every day he had my vehicle, I was paying for a rental car. When I picked up my vehicle on 4/8/25,the headliner cover was still not fully installed, and the sunroof shade still did not operate properly, as well as now having new stains that were not there previously. Lee agreed that we would schedule a later date for me to bring the vehicle back for him to finish the repairs/install. On 5/8/25, I contacted AGSR because I was having water inside the vehicle around my sunroof. I took my vehicle back on 5/9/25 and was given a pickup date of 5/15/25. My vehicle was not ready for pickup until 5/17/25, and upon inspection when we went to pick up, there were now more, larger water marks around the headliner cover, bubbles where it was not fully installed, and the sunroof shade still did not operate properly. I have contacted AGSR on 5/19,5/20, 5/29, 6/17, 6/20, & 6/30 via phone call & voicemail, in-person on 5/20, and via email on 6/11. I have received no emails back, and as of 6/17, AGSR has stopped taking my calls. Today, on 6/30, I called from a different number and was hung up on twice without getting to say anything, and then calls were not answered after that. As a veteran, spouse of an active-duty member, and employee of a small, veteran-owned business, I expect a better standard of service and communication.

I wanted so badly to leave a good review especially after being scheduled in so quickly the first time. We took my Volvo in for a sunroof leak. It was supposed to be a simple fix which cost around 400.00. The unexpected expense was fine if we could mitigate other issues from the leaking roof. We picked it up after repair and found it was still leaking. We were told this could be from a different issue that wasn't covered under warranty and that was about 200.00 again we took the hit of the unexpected expense to get the issue resolved. I picked up the car again in the pouring rain and finally there was no leak! That was until I drove it 20 minutes home and instead of leaking from the back it came down the front all over my dash and screen. Again we called and scheduled time to once again be without my car and take it back. This time we were told the whole headliner would be dropped and it would be taken through a car wash to find the source and finally stop it. We picked it up once again, had a few dry days so I was happy thinking we finally solved the problem but if that was the case I would not have left a 2 star review. We had some rain again and once again I have a leak back in the same spot we started and I am still out 600.00. Now I could take my car back again and exhaust the warranty options but how long will I be without a car again and still not resolve the issue. I finally have had to take it to the dealer where I wish I would have just went to begin with.

Very upsetting. I give two stars just because the owner and Raven were polite, so it wasn’t a complete let down trying to work with them. I first visited the shop back in August 2025. They were the only place I was able to get into. At first Lee and Raven were great to work with. Such polite people. I went in because my sunroof motors had gone out, Lee gave me a quote and we set up a day to bring the car back and get it fixed. Day comes, I go in, they forgot to order the part. Not a problem, we are all human, it happens. Well then they say they will order the part and reschedule. Rescheduled date comes, next day I receive a call from Raven saying I can come pick up the car because they got sent the wrong part. Frustrated but it’s not their fault, so I understand. Well I was then told again that they will reorder the part and we will reschedule. Well they never called to reschedule. I called eventually and asked if I could at least pick up the motor they took out of the sunroof. Raven told me to please hold because Lee was going to talk to me, just for him to say he’s working on getting the part and when they get it, they will call the reschedule. Just to never call again! All while this, the sunroof started leaking water into my car, so paying to fix the issues from water damage has been just the cherry on top of this situation. I’m not sure why it couldn’t have just been said they didn’t want to work on my car, rather than trying to string me along. Another thing to respond to the owners response…. I don’t need a refund. I needed a fixed sunroof. You say the water leakage is not on you guys because you did not look at a water leak. But the fact is, it was the first rain after it was closed that it started to leak. It also probably wouldn’t have leaked if it got fixed. You say Raven must have forgotten to call and that I should have called myself. I get you guys are busy as a business and I can get a few customers falling through the crack. But for starters, I will attach my call log showing both phone numbers from your business. I never received a call back from you guys after I called again in October to ask about my motor. So Raven would not have been able to leave a voicemail because well I never got a call. Which Raven has left voicemails before and I received them no issue. I mean how many times am I supposed to call you guys when all of the issues as to why you couldn’t fix it was on your side? I will give it to you, I probably should have called again. But hey, you guys should have also tried to call again. WOW. To respond to the owner again. Sir, I never once said I couldn’t afford a service. You never once said that it already looked like there had been a leak. The only way my review is misleading is because it doesn’t fit the story you seem to have made up in your mind. Yes, the only thing I paid for was for you guys to close the sunroof on our first visit. At that same visit, you guys gave me an estimate for the new motors being installed and we immediately scheduled it for when you came back from your family vacation. Which I then showed up for because I could afford it. That’s when you told me you forgot to order it because your brain had already been in vacation mode. So we rescheduled. Then when that day came, I showed up again because I could afford it. Just for you guys to say you got the wrong part. Saying my reviews are misleading but you personally adding in details that never happened may just be a little misleading, you think?

Even though in the end I didn't have any work done, I was very impressed with both Lee and with his polite and friendly assistant / colleague that took my call / made the appointment. My 10-year-old car's sunroof was functioning well and not leaking, but the tracks were rattling. Lee knew just by looking at the sunroof from the outside who had manufactured it, that it was 'after-market', that it was no longer made, and that he couldn't get parts for it if they were needed. After asking me a few more questions, he recommended that we not mess with it - if the only thing bothering me was a little noise when going over bumps, I was doing far better than most, even better than some people with only 3- or 4-year-old cars. He explained the risks involved and said that - yeah - he'd love to take my $150 diagnostic fee to take a look, but wanted to be fair and honest about what he could and could not do, and sent me on my way. I appreciated his honesty, and he's got my respect.

Sent to this shop through insurance. They informed car was complete but it was returned with sunroof making a crunching noise and also with hand print oil stains on headliner. Unprofessional response from owner and overall terrible experience. Do not recommend. Update: luckily insurance helped us find a professional cleaning service to get this remedied after the terrible service from this shop. Hope others don’t have to go through that!

Probably one of the most reliable places Ive been too honestly.. freaking dealership tried to charge me 2000$ to fix a water leak they said was a body seam and took them nearly two days to tell me that after dropping me truck off there.. so I got a second opinion and found this place.. lol it Took them Ten minutes.. i Did have to drop my car off for the day but they only charged me 450$ to essentially service my sunroof and they waived my diagnostic fee since I was able to drop it off same day.. kind Of frustrating because i Feel like the dealership strait up lied to me.. the owner Lee explained to me how the sunroof works and I didnt even know a sunroof had a drainage system.. anyways I would definitely suggest them especially since it's a family business.. I found out his son did my truck and he even cleaned up my truck a bit and vacuumed it for me.. cleaned some bird crap I had on my hood for like a month lol.. he didn't have to do all that, but I appreciate it. Seems good now, and even got a warranty on it.. 1000% they got a customer for life with me.

I had a huge crack in my windshield and when I called here to get it repaired I spoke to Raven. She was super sweet and quick to answer my questions and get me scheduled in a timely manner. When I arrived, the Owner Lee welcomed me and offered to take care of my car right away. It was done in 45 min! I was way beyond impressed with how swiftly they got everything done all while providing wonderful customer service. I was so worried it would take a couple hours, because I had to bring my toddler with me. But they warmly welcome me and my kiddo and made sure everything got done quickly and professionally. If I ever need a place to take my car in again for a windshield repair, I will definitely be coming here. I think what meant the most to me was honestly how considerate they were of my shy toddler. She quickly felt safe and welcomed as I did. Which made the wait all the more easy. Plus, I was able to have some good conversations with Raven who I originally spoke to on the phone. She was very courteous, not just to me but to other customers coming in while we waited as well. And when they finished working on my car, the owner came back and made sure to bid us a warm farewell. Thank you all so much for your kindness and quick fix! You guys are the best!
