Please pleaseeee please from one company owner to another . Give you money to another shop this has been one of the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with to the point where I broke down in tears ! And unfortunately it with form the owner brandon himself . From yelling to cussing to been hung up on multiple times . Which I saw another review said that same thing and they were not wrong at all ! I have a whole story book that I could write about thing shop but to keep it simple and avoid you a huge headache look around for other shops !

The owner of this repair facility is rude, unprofessional, & a bully. Any attempt to discuss a payment issue is met with yelling, insults, & threats. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in the area to lodge a formal complaint. They were specifically instructed as to the reason for our road call & the threat to our equipment per our maintenance supervisor which is why we elected the road call over over having our driver go to their shop less than 5 miles. They were told what type of coolant to take, the size & type of the hose in need of repair and NOT TO MOVE THE UNIT TILL R/R OF THE HOSE WAS DONE!!! There was a significant risk of damage to the truck given the severity of the leak. They ignored their customer's request & instruction because per Brandon, "it was easier for the tech to do it there & they don't carry every hose"... WHAT? Had you not been so arrogant in your approach & listened to and accommodated your paying customer's needs you would have had the right hose in the truck as instructed!!! Furthermore, when did it become your customers' job to make YOUR job easier particularly when the call-out & hourly rates are already inflated for that area??? When the office manager (me) called to discuss, I was insulted, yelled at, & hung-up on. Absolutely the most childish, unprofessional, unethical business "manager" I have ever dealt with. This is trucking, not daycare, treat folks how you want to be treated & understand that SOME people & companies will NOT BE BULLIED!! STAY AWAY!!! Only giving a star because it insists! They're not 1 star worthy...

I'm getting ready to leave to go back to Florida. And it was 10 to 5 I asked the gentleman if he could check my tire pressure so that i had a safe trip home With my family.. His excuse was we're getting ready to close up. Getting ready and close at 5 or 2 different things, it's very disappointed.That the safety of people that use their business is not his concern.

Been taking my truck to these guys for years because I live in the area but I am really unsatisfied with the owner he is a cheat and his mark up on his price is so elaborate it so disgusting. He charge 175for a serpentine belt a $45 belt if that’s not extortion I don’t know what is never bring my truck back there if I want to waste money I’ll throw it in a fire they are so heartless it’s disgusting

Stay away from this shop was there today and fix my flat tire they charge me $108 just fix my tire I know he told me upfront but I don’t have choice when I asked them why u guys charge to much other truck stop are not charging like this what was his response we are not other truck stop we have to pay our bills and rent this is not the way u make money

These guys are great. Was having electrical issues with my 379 peterbilt and they took me right in. In a short period of time they found the problems with some wires shorting out and did a beautiful job on repairing them. I was up and rolling in 2 hours. The cost was less than I thought it would be, but the quality and honesty of these guys are priceless.
