They put a 4 inch lift in my jeep, and mounted a high lift jack. When they got it apart, they found some problems and fixed them without charging me. The turn around was super quick. One day for parts I ordered to show up. One day to install. And they were significantly less expensive than other area shops. I was very pleased, and will do business with them again.

I’m not the one to usually write a review on something but if you want a place that will get the lift kit under your vehicle and that’s about it, then this place would be a great pick. Besides the truck not being aligned and lights on my dash that weren’t there before one of the employees took some alto pods out of my truck that I had in the center console. When you go to call them back they will not help you they will do what they can to save every penny. I hate to pay a very steep price for work I could’ve done in my garage for free I payed over 1,000$ just so they could put the lift on and align it and they couldn’t even do that. My dad recommended them to me bc he went there back in 1999 and he was talking them up I don’t think they are as good as they used to be. If you get a lift done there get ready to spend more money !!

Brought in my 2019 f250 for steering issues and dropped it off I called 3 days later nothing was done with my truck. Was told someone would contact me by the end of day no call was received. Called back the following day and was told my truck just needs an alignment so I came and got it. I took it to a reputable alignment shop for them to tell me my alignment is straight. But I'm still getting a workout and my trucks still all over the road

I would avoid this place at all costs - they are a bit cheaper than other offroad companies. I had an Icon Stage 4 lift and new wheels and tires installed on my Tacoma - the installer pinched my break line when installing the lift so my truck would essentially pull the E-brake each time i made a left turn at a slight incline. Then My truck had an absolutely ridiculous rub, I would have expected the Experts to tell me that this lift and tire combination will not work. (Had to take my truck to Eastern offroad to fix the lift) Lastly, 14 months later - I am having serious issues with my Lug nuts / tires feel like they are going to fall off. I take the truck to Discount Tire, and they let me know that the incorrect lug nuts were used- and i had to spend $1,400 to buy 4 new rims. In my experience, this company takes short cuts. Spend the extra money and go with Eastern Offroad. Also, i had to call several times for updates on my truck and always felt like i was bothering the person who answered the phone...

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I feel like this one is a must. I bought a Jeep, and it had a 4 inch lift that was so botched it’s not even funny. Rob and his team took me in from the second I walked in there and made sure my Jeep was safe to drive for my family. After getting a ridiculous quote from another shop to fix it, Pungo Offroad did it for a FRACTION of the price. And 10x faster as well. My Jeep drives like a dream now, and I’m just so very grateful for rob and his team!! They have a customer for life because of this experience :-)

I had to call several times for updates on my vehicle and always felt like i was bothering the person who answered the phone... Staff replied to one of my phone calls with “ Give me 15 minutes I’ll call you back. “. They never called back or even once put forth the effort of customer service. 2 hours later I called back and I could understand if they got busy and forgot to call me back I would understand but no apologies for not reaching back out to me. I feel this shop has a lack of “GAS FACTOR”!!!! And failed miserably at trying to take care of customer satisfaction!!! Unfortunately my accessories could not be installed on my vehicle and I am lucky no work was performed on my vehicle. I was referred here, but I will never ever take my vehicle back to this shop for any kind of work! When I picked up my vehicle my keys were just placed on counter with no comments in regards to apologizing not being able to help out. 1 star rating is being very generous…

***EXTREMELY SATISFIED!!*** Just had a Rough Country 3.5 in lift installed on my 2019 Silverado & aligned Yesterday. If you know that Rancho suspension that comes on it... mine was trashed before 60k miles.. bouncy and all over the road, and I could tell my braking distance was increased due to the slop and travel in the suspension. NOBODY is touching the level of customer service or price! I didn't need to shop around, I knew it was a deal when I was given the quote. Rob & the team have a new life long customer. Thank you for being a straight shooter and the great quality of work. My truck drives WAY better than it ever has.

Just got my truck back after purchasing new tires from Pungo Off-road. They left gauge marks in ALL 4 rims. I went to this place based on the reputation and supporting a local business. Truck is practically brand new. You’d think a local business like this would take a little more quality assurance in their work. I’m very disappointed.

After being introduced by a neighbor, I came here to upgrade the tires and suspension of my truck. As it is a Silverado trail boss model, the off-road manufacturer has very limited lift products for this truck, and I do not want to raise it too high. However, after several adjustments, he finally made a satisfactory result for me. Moreover, I compared the prices of 4 different places in Virginia beach, and this is the cheapest one. We not only want the cheapest one, but also reliable and safe quality. They have already achieved these for customers. I strongly recommend this place. Thanks Rob and your team.

They did a great job at a very reasonable price, installing a lift on my Subaru Forester Wilderness and did an alignment, back to me timely, as promised! I had my Subaru at the dealership for an oil change a month afterwards, they checked my alignment & it was still perfect!
