ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The west and cam who work the phones and upfront?! Absolutely the most disrespectful people ive ever had to talk to! Cam especially is so rude when you dont want to bug somethin you don need and gets nasty with you! Horrible customer service from BOTH OF THEM EVERY INTERACTION! The only ones up there who are genuinely kind are Eric and Aiden. Those two are so sweet and have been a very kind and respectful. Cam and west need to learn more thn a thing or two from eric and aiden!

Always great experience at this place. I came in with my doubts, but I was determined to keep an open mind and it turns out I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve been coming here now for about 4 months and I’ve always had polite service along with fast and professional work done on my car. There are no sales pitches or crazy rip offs here. Just straight forward work and a fair price.

I've had my car serviced at Firestone since I moved to Yorktown, Virginia and now Virginia Beach since 2000. Nothing but the best service politeness professional professionalism. Whenever I drive back up to Philadelphia, I always have my car serviced and they do a great job I would not go to any other place, and I always recommend them.

The team at this store was able to accommodate me getting my car in somewhat last minute as I needed to travel back to school. Everyone was very kind and extremely helpful, and I greatly appreciate their efforts in getting my brakes fixed so I could get back to school safely.

17JUN23 ~ 'Trust' is the most important issue in just about any relationship: husband & wife, friends, your boss &/or your employees, your doctor, and your mechanic. This Firestone has twice proven that it is not trustworthy. My truck had a slight pull to the right. I scheduled a front end alignment via their website for 1300 hours (1 pm) and arrived about 15 minutes early. I asked the service manager (Tittle?) if they were running on schedule, he said that they were on schedule, and my vehicle should go in on time. About four hours later I had not heard anything so, as it was getting close to closing time, I called back to check on the status. The service manager that answered the phone said that 'I was in the cue, the service tech had my paperwork, and I was next up. I did not hear anything the rest of the day. On towards late morning the next day, 1030-1100 hours or so, I called back for a status update. The service manager that answered the phone said almost the same thing as the day before, 'Ruiz' has your folder (?) & keys, and you are the next on the rack. About 1600 hours I received a call from Firestone that my vehicle was ready. Things do happen but they never called with a status update. Thankfully my brother let me borrow his vehicle. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Well, I guess I was wrong to give them a second chance. And by the way, the 'slight' pull to the right is now a 'hard' pull to the right... Previous Visit: The two star rating all centers around the service technician (?title?) with whom I initially spoke. He tried to slide a false charge to my bill and then lied, twice, to cover it up. I went in for a front end alignment recheck as part of my lifetime front end alignment with Firestone. The Service Technician asked something to the effect of 'What is it doing?' and I told him. He never asked me to sign anything and he didn't give me any paperwork, which was a bit different from previous rechecks, but things change so I didn't think much of it. However, I saw the paperwork, upside down. It showed a $45 charge for 'Suspension Diagnostics'. I asked the Service Technician about that charge. He responded that was part of the lifetime front end alignment recheck and was covered under the recheck. When I picked up my vehicle the $45 dollar charge was still on the bill. I questioned him about it and he said it was necessary because I told him what was happening that made him believe that I needed a front end alignment check, which I only did in response to his question. I was not pleased with this guy by now, I asked to speak with his supervisor because this guy, the service technician, was trying to pad the bill with a spuriously devised charge. The supervisor, I believe that his name was 'Jesse' though I am not sure, asked me what happened, then talked to the original service technician, who was saying that he had to put the charge on there because of what I had said, and then Jesse removed the charge. The guy 'Jesse' was well spoken, well manured and represented Firestone very well. The location was clean outside and in, well organized, and I was happy with the work they did. I would have given a five stars review if not for the original service technician.

If you want to decrease engine reliability & lifespan, and get insulted too, this location is for you! If you want your vehicle to run properly avoid this facility. Had the rear brakes replaced and a standard oil change completed in May 2025. Was told following the service that my Silverado's "Drivers rear axle seal leaking into parking brake, recommend dealership to fix". Final invoice also states "8 QTS API - SAE 0W-20" and then "Additional oil required - 3 QTS" 4 lines down. While I was getting my front brakes replaced at a different shop & by a master technician, it was noted that oil was seeping from the oil filter and oil pan. It was also noted that the oil level, checked via dip stick, was extremely high. Based on these findings, it is clear Firestone added significantly too much oil to my truck. We took photos of everything, and boy I am glad we did. Firestone also overfilled my hydraulic brake fluid, and this was visible as the oil came to rest above the max fill arrow on the sump, which is a pressurized system. I notified Firestone and was told to make an appointment, versus come in the next day. After my male significant other called, we were offered an appointment at 0900 the next day for an oil change and brake flush. I showed up at 0900 and was immediately told I didn't have an appointment; it was a 0900 drop off time and they would look at the truck today or the following day, mind you I heard the phone call the previous day as it was on speaker & know we were supposed to have an appointment. I was also informed that the reason there is liquid on my oil filter is because of my rear axle seal leaking onto the parking brake and oil filter. I quickly responded and stated no we were told we had an appointment, and it is insulting for Firestone to insinuate the rear axle seal was the cause for blackish-brown oil being on my oil filter, as my profession is a Naval Engineer and I know for a fact hydraulic oil is not the same color as my trucks oil & I also know that the oil filter does not sit anywhere near to the rear axle. The next interaction I had with a tech was not much better and once again another insult. The tech had brought over my dipstick into the waiting area to show me my oil level is below the max line. I showed him the photos I had and asked, if I go into the bay and check the oil level myself will it show your level or the over filled level? They walked out at lifted my truck. Was brought back into the bay and shown a 'dry and clean filter' i.e. it was whipped down via a rag. I was told once again there is no leak. The service manager I initially interacted with pointed to my front axle that neighbors my oil filter and said "this is your rear axle and this is what is leaking on the filter"...what a joke, I quickly responded with that is my front axle, not my rear and besides the color of liquid is wrong. I also whipped my finger on the seal of the filter and had black oil on my finger. I pointed out to the technician and service manager that the oil pan was also leaking. After this the technician informed me I "must have a defective filter and that's what is leaking". Amazing how the story changes once you have to point out the leaks yourself to technicians that do oil changes several times a week. The grudgingly swapped oil filters, as they were all out of false explanations. I am sure my crank was swimming in oil and the oil seepage was caused from being overfilled. I have no respect for the service manager, or technician, and I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

The guys at Chimney Hill got me in and out without a lot of talk or sales. I know what I need and both you and my time is valuable and important. I scheduled a different service on a different date without hassle. I value the guys getting me in and out quickly! Thank you so much.

Had a flat on Friday, plugged it, and needed tires ASAP. Called down to Firestone Saturday around 4:00pm, told them the tires I wanted, but they didn’t have them in stock at the store, so they had someone pick them up before they closed AND got my vehicle in for Sunday at 12:00pm. Had a very positive experience there and only waited about an hour and a half from the time Mark put it on the lift, installed the new tires, balanced them, and did my alignment. Take your money and your time to this location if you want something done right the first time without getting 101 “recommendations” for services on your vehicle.

There diagnostic service is them giving you codes on a OBD reader. Then making you pay $120. Just go to oreillys or autozone for that. You get the same results for free. They said my car couldn’t be driven, yet I drove it there going 45mph. In reality my car became unable to drive because they cleared the codes meaning what they failed to do is a drive cycle to then bring the codes back. So once I came in and picked up my car a week later because that’s how long they took to stick a OBD reader in it. Realized I had to do a drive cycle. Took a couple laps around crunch fitness’s parking lot and there you have it the codes came back and I was able to drive home no problem. These guys don’t know what there doing. Don’t waste your time coming here.

My car got a flat the other day on the highway so I called in to see if they could repair my flat or replace it. I was helped by Wes and he fit me in early, they managed to repair my tire and even installed it themselves, and it was a lot cheaper than I anticipated too! I am a little fearful of going to car maintenance shops as a younger woman and not being too educated, but I felt confident at this location. Thank you to Wes and the employee who helped repair and put on my tire! :)) It was my first time doing anything like this by myself and it was stress free thanks to the lovely employees!

I highly recommend this place for their great customer service and quality work. Been taking my cars here for about 10 years now. I’ve had a great experience so far. Started coming here because it’s within a walking distance from my house so leaving cars overnight is simple. I have stayed with them because they are honest and perform quality work for a fair market price. They have consistently outperformed the dealer (Priority Toyota of Greenbrier) when it comes to customer service and quality of work. They recently pointed out that the oil on my 2013 Camry was consistently low due to engine consumption. This is something Toyota never mentioned even though they do all my oil changes. The very few negatives I can say are a couple of recommended services that were outside of what the manufacturer recommends. For example, they kept telling me I had to replace my spark plugs a good 30,000 miles before the manufacturer recommends without providing a reason. But that’s no different than what most shops do. And Priority is a much worse offender in this area.

They treat women unfairly and take advantage. For years their treatment is a dice roll and if you prefer consistent service, take your vehicle elsewhere. The reliable mechanic they had has been moved locations. I don’t recommend them to anyone now. Especially if you’re a woman with a luxury vehicle. Sad, but true. An inspection shouldn’t result in more damage to your vehicle. NOT EVER.

I was excited to purchase the lifetime alignment plan for my truck, but after talking to them on the phone, I don't feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I entered my vehicle information online, and it gave me a quote that is good for 30 days. $209.99 lifetime alignment and there is a $20 off black Friday deal right now. I booked my appointment time online a couple days later at 9:00 AM. I called the day before my appointment to see if they can do a state inspection while my vehicle is already in the shop. The guy on the phone says state inspections are first come, first serve, and they will need to keep my vehicle for 2 days if I want both services done. That's not going to happen, and apparently, I can't just bring the vehicle back in when it's closer to my inspection time. Then he tells me they can't honor the 9:00 AM time I booked online for the alignment. He says it'll be 1:00 PM before they can do it (some people have kids to get at school or work to go to). I said I can arrange for someone to drop me off if he thinks it'll be longer than an hour. However, he said he can't give me any type of time frame because he doesn't know who will be working tomorrow. Finally, I get told the quoted price online can't be honored. It will be $239 for my alignment. Online, with discount, it was about $189 with the black Friday deal. He asked for the same vehicle information I inputted online, but apparently, he wants to charge me $40 more over the phone. It's 2025 now. I can clearly see I'm getting upcharged by the store when compared to their online ad. I'm debating on even showing up for this appointment now. If they can't even get basic professionalism right, I'm second guessing if maintenance is performed properly. If Firestone doesn't want my money, you guys made it very convincing to go elsewhere. I'm going to call around to other local Firestone's and see if they have better customer service. I should have just had Discount Tire do my alignment for $89 while I was in there today getting new tires on my truck. At least they seem to have better customer service skills. I used to come to this location for state inspections and periodic maintenance, but I'm going to be taking all business somewhere else after this run around.

I brought my vehicle to the Firestone on Holland & Rosemont for one reason: Mark. His reputation as a top-notch mechanic was already known to me. What I didn’t expect was to be equally impressed by Rebecca at the front office. Not only did they both keep me informed every step of the way, but they also delivered on schedule. Mark’s mechanical work was spot-on, and Rebecca’s professionalism made everything run smoothly. They even gave me solid recommendations that were handled on the spot. It’s rare to find a combo of technical excellence and warm, courteous service—but Mark and Rebecca absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend them both at Firestone!
