Terrible HORRIBLE experience from drop off forward, trusted bringing my bmw to them due to 4 star review (have no idea how they have even 4 stars). Would not recommend you trust them nor bring your vehicles to them. Nathan, owner, was pleasant and acted like full of knowledge and understanding when my bf and I dropped my bmw off for diag and explained what and why - and was told ready by day end, after walking around it and acknowledging issues… and saying no problem will be ready at the days end, and we got it. Did not get dealt with until a week later 1st off and everything after 1st visit was full of lies and deceit, misleading and miscommunication, and my wasted time having to go thru needless repeated hoops to communicate with them while having my vehicle and to even extract the diag resulting invoice and report info from them and to decipher the lies and misleading going on directly to me and to 3rd parties involved - instead of being straight up and true and honest from the start, to only end up with having nothing that was agreed to and offered in the beginning by Nathan himself. My car was ready a week later and I had explained up front that time was of essence as with everyone, but that I specifically had time requirements with me to move forward with my bmw, for medical appointments. Nathan’s true colors, lack of business acumen and lack of sheer basic auto shop professionalism all came out in the end. highly do not recommend you take your business there. They wasted my time and had 2 stories of diag - 1 - they continually told me and assured me repeatedly they would forward to the 3rd party - and a 2nd, they decided to change to at the end of all the time they wasted and acted like it was the only one ever relayed - ONE COMPLETE AND HONEST AND CONSISTENT DIAG OF ANY OUTCOME WOULD HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND AS EXPECTED. This company is unscrupulous and unprofessional and a waste of your time and does not even have the asserted knowledge and specialty of BMW’s they purport… they accept any and all types of vehicles for monetary gain and in retrospect they never knew what they were talking about or looking for regarding my BMW from start till even now in their dishonest and erroneous response to my review. A few months ago I had taken my 2002 BMW 330i to Safelite to have a window regulator replaced. The repair triggered my airbag light. They couldn’t figure out the problem or how to turn off the light. So I took my car to Bimmerprotech. Nathan and his dad were great. They worked hard to find the problem. It took a while but after trying many things they finally found the problem was the Airbag Harness. It was a stressful time for me since my yearly inspection was due soon. Thanks so much Nathan for your time and hard work in finding and fixing the problem. It was truly appreciated. I highly recommend Bimmerprotech for your BMW repairs.

I've had a bad experience with these guys. Don't trust that the work you are paying for is actually getting done. Be careful with them, especially the dad. The two star rating is only because Nat did try to remedy the situation, but I paid for that too.

Nate and his family are stand up individuals who care about their customers and truly strive to make every experience at their family shop a painless and enjoyable one. Started with Nate and BimmerProTech when a mechanic I used for 20+ years failed me and my BMW miserably. Essentially, I brought Nate some major problems that someone else caused. Nate took the time to review ALL the issues, explain what should have been done, did what needed to be done and priced the work at market price. I couldn't be any more pleased with the outcome!!!
