Failed me on an inspection for multiple items including a "loose steering wheel" bolt. While some items had legitimacy (foggy headlights) my steering wheel had no play to it. The tech cited nearly $1600 in repairs, then called me later and said he could drop it to $1200. Went to another business after replacing the foggy headlights, and they passed me without issue.

A huge shout out to Napa car care On lynnhaven. ADREAN kept me updated and had my Jeep in and out. He kept in contact with me about what was going on with warranty and just making sure I was in the loop and that I understood everything that was going on. In my opinion, I do believe they are affordable, and when there was an issue with the part that they ordered, they tested it and figured out it didn’t work for my jeep so they did their due diligence to order another part to make sure everything runs smoothly and it has been running smoothly. For a female, I felt safe and I felt that he was being honest and upfront, and the paperwork reflects that. I will bring My Jeep Here without a worry. Everyone there was very polite spoke to me when I came in and when I left A+ on everything. Thank you, NAPA car care on Lynnhaven!

Overall experience was great. I was impressed with the safety details Adrean provided. Those details helped me make a better decision regarding fixing my car. Although I still hear that quiet thump, I will take a closer look at the trunk of the car as it could be something I am carrying in the trunk or possibly my spare tire. $441 was the first price I was quoted for a vehicle alignment. They called me back and left me another voicemail saying they could do it for $353. Not sure why that total changed? I called them back and thought they were joking about the price, I asked why the price is so high and they told me they weren’t sure. Just want to make this post so no one gets scammed for an alignment. Do not take your vehicle here for an alignment! You can go to any shop in the area and they typically charge $120-$130. Edit to the owners response: I did a night drop so my vehicle was at your shop. If you Google how much an alignment costs, the most expensive price I see is $175.
