I trust Perfection with all of my vehicles and have recommended them to family and friends, who have also been happy with their performance. They are honest and stand behind their work. In June 2016 I had them check and service my 14-year-old Excursion (which they have serviced for the last eight years) for a trip from Virginia to the Rocky Mountains and desert southwest, and proceeded to tow a 9,000 lb. travel trailer 7,000 miles without a single problem. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Update for 2023: I still own the 03 Excursion and credit Perfection with keeping it in good working order. Over 240,000 miles and it pulled our travel trailer to Nova Scotia without issue in July 2023. I continue to recommend them to friends and family.

My review is way overdue! Perfection Auto Repair has been our car service center since they opened. My wife and I have known the owners for many years. Jack and Tina are honest and put the customer first. Jack and his crew do excellent repair work and will not recommend any work/repairs unless needed. Top quality parts are used. I am so happy we have had them for our auto service for more than 25 years!

Needed to have a check engine light checked out before an upcoming trip, and the staff was great getting us right in and identifying the problem as well as making the repairs at a reasonable price. I have used the shop many times over the years and they have always been, honest and efficient. They have new ownership and management, but those principles are obviously still in place.

Perfection auto repair did an excellent job on a car. Our car was towed there at 12:30 and it was completed by 530 that evening. This allowed us to continue our vacation with our daughter at a softball tournament. I highly recommend this place. Seriously such an easy and awesome experience. I scheduled my inspection ahead of time, scheduled drop off and pick up. I had a great experience having my 2005 Honda Odyssey serviced at Perfection Auto Repair. I had a list of things to get done and these guys did an awesome job. I noticed a difference in the engine and drive performance after they were done. Among the services I had done included all fluid changes, timing belt change, tune up, and knock sensor replacement. The knock sensor turned out to be defective, and they replaced it immediately (with an OEM Honda part) within a week as part of their warranty. As I had to leave my vehicle for several days at their auto shop, they were willing to drop me off or pick me up to/from home/work. Great bunch of guys at Perfection Auto. Thanks Joey, Andy, Bob, and Jack! On 10/16/2025 I had warranty service performed due to some issues with the gasket changes; it was reassuring that the team completed the work by replacing the damaged part (gasket and sparkplugs) along with engine coils, and only charged me for the engine coils. These guys are great! In early November 2025 I had my Honda Odyssey come for inspection. And, Andrew and the team did the inspection, and gave me recommendations for upcoming maintenance needed. Which was already on my list, however. Nice to know they are on top of things. Thank you Perfection Auto Repair team!
