I had a good experience with them. Picked up an alternator and serpentine belt from advance auto for $250, London Bridge charged $300 for the install. Japanese auto masters quoted $1600 Christian Brothers quoted $1300 Hard to find honest and fair auto shops it seems. Thank you.

If you need your vehicle worked on, this is the place to go. Fair pricing and my experience has been that they wont fix something unless it absolutely has to be fixed. Eric is honest and straight forward and any work I have ever had done has been top notch and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend!

BEWARE! I called last week to get a quote on replacing my AC. I ended up booking the appointment, they ordered the parts needed and I was scheduled to drop my car off this morning. After having my car for 3 hours, I got a phone call they were unable to work on it because they didn’t have the equipment needed. I drive a 2018 Hyundai accent. It is one of the most common cars on the road. I do not understand why they took the job knowing they did not have the equipment needed. And if they didn’t know prior they would need this equipment, that’s honestly very concerning they would take on a job not even knowing what all it entails or if they’re even able to do it. Due to this incompetence, my husband missed an entire day’s worth of work along with $100 in Uber fees getting back and forth to the shop to drop the car off. We lost almost $300 today because of this ordeal. I do not suggest using this shop despite its many good reviews. You do not want to chance this happening to you. In today’s economy, $300 is alot to lose for nothing. The shop offered no apology or compensation for this.

Had a leak in a brake line, simple fix. They had my truck 17 days and did not even start the job. Every week they would say hope to get it next week. When I told them I found another shop to fix it, they did not even apologize for my inconvenient. The shop is a zoo. This place is a real Chit show. This guy you deal with at the counter is rude as hell. I took my truck to nearby "Oceana muffler and brakes". They got the truck and 3 hours later it was finished.

I've taken by 370Z (150k miles) into London Bridge Auto 3 times: inspection, check engine light, stalling. I have been very impressed with this auto shop. Knowledgeable staff and fair prices. They diagnosed the stalling issue as the throttle body needing to be cleaned and reset. My car purrs like a kitten now, with a stable idle. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

We had our suburban transmission replaced. They were professional and reasonably priced. I was impressed that they asked me to come back after 200-300 miles, to check for any issues. I didn't feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me or the situation. They didn't charge me for anything I didn't absolutely need. I'll be back if I ever have any major repairs.

Eric and team provide exceptional value when thinking of (Price/Time/Quality). I've dropped my new vehicles off for standard maintenances, saved a few bucks compared to the dealer, and had it turned around quickly. I've also dropped off some much older vehicles (1996) and have had to wait longer on a particular diagnosis/fix, but in the end have paid a great price for the service. They know how to balance the factors to give you a fair deal/value depending on the issue/situation. I trust them and their professionalism...not something I can say about every outfit I go to. Trustworthy local business! I’ve taken my 2013 Chevy Cruze here many different times over the last 4 years and they are quick, do quality work, and charge an honest price for parts and labor. 9 times out of 10 you’re talking to the owner when you call and when you walk in the front door. Not a lot of places left like that. My dad works at an auto shop out of town so I can’t always make it up there with my car issues and I always get the green light from him that everything looks good and fair!

Let me begin with the fact that I was working on getting my brother's car inspected while he was out of town. I had already stopped at another location that was unable to see me today. I call London Bridge and got a real person on the other end that told me they could in fact see me right then. I drove over and within 30 minutes or so was done with my vehicle inspection. While I was inside I overheard a conversation that made me even more impressed. One of their customers had been to a dealer who said all types of work were done. London Bridge asked their tech to go over it to see if the dealership was not being accurate. I feel they are built on old school values and would be great to work with in the future!!
