They were fast, transparent, and very courteous thru the whole process. My car was a total loss, and because of their good relation with the insurance company, the whole process took only 3 days. Excellent work and customer service. The owner is very involved. Would come back again. I have gotten many compliments about how it looks like the damage never even happened (I was T-Boned). They even detailed the interior so it was as though I was back to getting it brand new. Friendly responsive staff. Both the shop and USAA worked well together. Work started July 10 and was completed by July 28th.

Don't think of getting rear ended by a moving truck as a negative. You get to go see Dream Team. It may take a bit to get in there, but they're worth it. Friendly, personable, and they repaired my Tesla better than normal. Don't go anywhere else.

Dream Team fixed my Tesla Model 3 better than new. Before the accident, there were unequal gaps in the doors and slightly mismatched bumper paint job, but after the repairs, the gaps were fixed and the paint all matches perfectly. Very well done and they finished 1 week before their projected end date. Very satisfied.

Dream Team is the best!! They had it towed to their place by the end of the weekend and started on it immediately. After waiting on parts, the car was available 3 weeks later, very quickly considering the damage to the car. Exceptional Service at Dream Team Collision!!! I cannot speak highly enough about Dream Team Collision! Todd and his team are amazing! My 2024 Tesla Model Y sustained significant damage when a piece of metal got lodged in the tire and damaged the surrounding bodywork. It was a nightmare scenario, but the team at Dream Team Collision made the repair process completely painless. Morgan was absolutely brilliant with the communication, providing regular updates every step of the way. I never once felt left in the dark about the status of my vehicle. Todd and Dream Team automotive are excellent. I was t-boned and found out that the Tesla dealership does not do repairs at this time and referred me to the Dream Team. They were easy to work with did all the paperwork with my progressive insurance company and was able to fix my car under the 2 week timeframe I was originally told. If you have any model Tesla don't hesitate they are better than you think.

After my Tesla Model Y was hit and run I was worried about finding a repair shop that I would trust to fix my car correctly and with care. Dream Team Collision is THE BEST. I am so glad that I found them. As a Tesla owner, I would not let any other shop fix my car. Everything was seamless with them from start to finish. Right after the accident I scheduled an appointment through their website while working with my insurance company on the claim. Dream Team was able to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment and took only 2 weeks to complete the repair. They are also the only Tesla Certified collision center in the area. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs regularly and were done with the work faster than anticipated. They worked with my insurance when the initial quote from the insurance company was too low. They were able to get everything covered. Another major plus (and very important to me) was that they used OEM replacement parts versus cheap Chinese parts. Overall, do not let anyone else do collision work on your Tesla! Make sure it gets the respect it deserves and just let Dream Team handle everything for you. I am forever grateful. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it!
