Can't thank Joey enough! He stepped up and answered our urgent call for help with a brake issue we were having. Most other mobile shops in the area either didn't have time or weren't willing to do the work we were going to need. CALL JOEY BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY OTHER CALLS!!! Joey provides excellent customer service . . . I had a mech and locksmith, both unable to positively ID my issue. Then I found Joey -- late in the day he fit me into his schedule (same day, pretty sure he extended his day for me). Joey had the issue diagnosed (switch and TIPM) and parts on order within 5 minutes. As soon as he received the parts (can't help shipping) he was back, showed and explained everything to me, and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. And to top it off, he is a really cool dude! He is in my contacts and his card now lives next to my registration in the glove box. I would give him TEN STARS if the Google would let me!! Thanks Joey!

Absolutely awesome and a total lifesaver! I was in Va Beach for the weekend and my alternator started to go bad and I was a couple of hours away from home. Autozone recommended that I call Joseph and provided me with his contact info/business card. I called him on a Sunday evening and he answered the phone. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was also a "people person". He gave me a quote and scheduled my appointment for early the next morning. If you’re looking for an honest, expert mechanic, Joey is your guy! We hired him back in November to replace the starter on our Ford F150, and he offered a lifetime warranty on it. A few months went by and we started having issues with our truck and couldn’t get it to start. We were on a time crunch so we had it towed to the Beach Ford dealership to get it fixed. They told us there was an issue with the negative terminal on the battery and it needed to be replaced along with the starter and we were quoted $1300 for the repair. My gut told me this seemed off, especially since we just had both the battery and the starter replaced recently. Knowing we had the lifetime warranty on the starter replacement with Joey, I called him up and he quickly came to take a look and just as I thought, both the battery and the starter were fine and it was simply a matter of tightening a few loose connections to the battery and securing the battery hold down. He even took a look at few other things under the hood and gave us recommendations on what we could do ourselves to maintain our vehicle and cut down on costs. All in all this cost us $170. He was truly a lifesaver and I can’t say enough good things about him!

Last night was the start of a series of extremely unfortunate and frustrating events due to my car not starting and having to leave it overnight with no hope of reaching someone over the weekend, but Joey turned this whole mess around for me just this morning and saved me so much time and unnecessary expenses. After dealing with so much BS and being given the run around by so many other businesses, reaching out to Joey was the best decision I could’ve made. He was so quick and communicative and actually went out of his way to help me in a desperate situation while not talking down to me, getting frustrated with me, or trying to upsell me on anything. He’s the one who you want to see if you value honesty and someone who really knows what he’s doing and loves what he does. I wouldn’t trust anyone more with my vehicle.

Joey was a life saver. Paying that 85 diagnostic plus the fee of the repair for fixing my heat which was an easy fix of a loose hose and needed my coolant to be fully filled. Plus fixed my connector issue for my headlight which didn’t result in a major fix that others were trying to do. Joey is master tech and educates you on your car while repairing it.
